Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Salem

I ordered 2 stuffed crust pretzel pizzas through the app and they took 20 minutes longer than the app said they would. When I arrived, on time, to pick them up, the team member said they were still in the oven... 20 minutes later this is what we got... overcooked salt COVERED rubber. Had they checked them when we got there, they would have been perfect. Instead we were asked to wait and wait and wait while they were cooked to a crisp.

They were gracious enough to refund our money after i drove back in with the pizza evidence but now the night is wasted and WE HAVE NO FOOD. THE MANAGER DID NOTHING to replace the damaged food or offer compensation for our time or starving kids. There were literally free cookies sitting on the counter and they didn't give me any for my hungry kids.

For the second time, I tried the drive up. The first time I went to the drive up. I dont know how many employees looked at me, but just kept on walking back and forth. After 7 minutes, I finally called the store. It was ridiculous. Then, last night I tried it again. Same thing. Sat there for five minutes, honked the horn twice, then finally went in. The staff was all confused about someone's order. They asked me what I had ordered and I said I haven't ordered. I sat at the drive through and nobody came to the window. Not an apology or anything. I got a cheese pizza and when I got it home and opened it. It was burnt to a crisp. Who knows how long it had sat in the warmer. I was so excited for little ceasers to come to salem but it is a joke to try to get pizza from there. This place is dishonest. I went through the drive through and ordered. They gave me a total of 6.16. I handed my card, and they asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no. When I got home, I check my card notifications and it was a different total of 7.07. I called immediately and the person I talked to said that the total was 6 dollars but with tax it would be over $7. I said then why wasnt i given the 7.07 total? I then asked if they had raised their prices over the last month and they said i think so. I asked if they were sure and they looked again and saw that the person "accidentally" chose that i left a tip, after I said no receipt. So if you go here make sure you get a receipt because they aren't honest...
