Edit: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars for the following reason: the owner quickly responded to my review and has addressed and resolved the matter in a very professional way. Responses like this are what set great businesses apart and we are grateful that they take so much responsibility of the quality of their service. We really do love tropical sno and will definitely continue to come here despite the bad experience we had because we can rely on them regardless of what employees may make mistakes that negatively affect us. ———————————————————- We visited Tropical Sno on 04/16/24 around 8pm, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The two girls working seemed completely unaware of what was happening. We paid for ice cream in our snow cones only to be told AFTER we paid that there was none available and nothing they could do.

To make matters worse, the customer in front of us was double charged, and the resolution offered—a small coupon—was insufficient to remedy her dissatisfaction. Most of our snow cones were just plain ice, with minimal flavoring. Additionally, the drive-through was poorly managed, with three cars left unattended the whole time we were in line, ordering, and eating.

As a usually loyal Tropical Sno customer, this experience has left me with no desire to return. I hope this was just an isolated incident, and that future visits will not involve similar issues with service and...

This is 100 % shaved ice. It is as soft as the first snow of winter. Tropical Snow is one of the best snow cone places we’ve ever been to. Variety of flavor such as Caramel Apple Pie or Strawberry Shortcake. Some of them come with ice cream on the bottom. They also have a drive-thru in the back of the store for your convenience. However if you wanna stay, they have picnic tables for adults and kids. Also, awning has been set up to provide shade and lights for the night. They close at 10:00. We love this place. They have so many variations of snow cones. Our favorites are the tigers blood with Ice cream. My sons is shark attack and before that sour apple. My daughter loves the peach cobbler with the crumbles and cream. I have recently found my favorite the strawberry shortcake with icecream so delicious Give them a try.
