The blonde, middle age, plus size cashier called me a liar as I was driving away. I’m pointing out her description not to be rude, but accurate. I didn’t catch names. I’ve been to this location many times and spent larger sums of money. Two weeks ago, I left on my way out of town and stopped here for food. An hour into our drive we realized 4 breakfast burritos were missing. We went out of town for a traumatic event. They didn’t give me a receipt either. We tried to call then, but our service wasn’t the best. Our trip out of town was about two weeks long and beyond stressful. We came home three days ago and I had one day off work to catch up on all phone calls. I had a list of 31 phone calls to make that day and I started at 9 AM and ended at 6 PM. I spoke with who I assume is a woman when I called Burger King and I just mentioned the event. They told me no problem..that I didn’t have a receipt and I could come in anytime that week for my four burritos. So…today I went by for breakfast. I mentioned at the window that the four burritos were supposed to be free, because of what happened before and mentioned I called 2 days before. I tried to alert them at the drive Thru, however they couldn’t hear me. I waited a window for about 10 minutes before they opened it. I was the only car until one pulled up right before they opened the window. The cashier looked annoyed and went over to the manager. They checked a list and said there was no mention of me calling. They asked what time I called. I told them it was between 9 am- 6 pm sometime 2 days prior. I mentioned I could show them my call log and they could find their number. They refused. I also, mentioned I had my check list and to call Burger King was on it checked off. They didn’t care. They just kept saying it is not written down. The cashier was huffing and puffing while avoiding eye contact. She had no customer service at all. That is not my fault they didn’t write it down. They acted as if no one forgets things. I said I believe I spoke with a woman, but maybe I was wrong. I wouldn’t have been offended if they said no since I called almost 2 weeks later and had no receipt, but they agreed to honor this and customer service should always follow through. The elder, balding, tall, thin male general manager was obviously annoyed with me and was rude. In some words he basically told they would do it, but let me know he didn’t believe me. As I left the cashier rolled her eyes, slammed the window, and said “LIAR.” I wasn’t even going to comment on the wait times etc, but it’s true…this is the slowest place…even when you’re the only one waiting. I tried to be kind and let them know I’m a manager too and I understand it can be difficult when messages are not relayed properly and thank them for honoring my requests anyway. I was met with “yehhh okay.” I won’t come here again. I have a car camera with microphone, so this is all recorded. I’m not sure I can legally use that for anything in the state of Utah. I have marked on my vehicle that camera is always recording. I also, am going to call customer service, corporate, contact the the regional manager, and store owner. This place needs to hire an all new staff or come down hard on their current staff. I’m a successful business owner and regional manager over 5 locations of a beauty store, I know customer service and they are not showing it at all. I started in the food service industry, so I know it’s tough, but even if you think someone is lying you, you are to be nice anyway. The customer is always right and I stand by that. Maybe take notes if you’re reading this employees. I work a high paying job due to my hard work and knowing how to treat others. Granted I also, have 2 degrees, but I was a department manager and successful business owner before graduating college. Best of luck turning...
Read moreFirst impressions: "Wow, so dirty! Food on floor everywhere, on the walls, even the front counter. The front counter was cluttered and a mess. And the smell! It was like a burnt fried oil smell, it was bad. The food: of the food I ordered (3 Whopper Juniors, one chicken nugget and one number eight the chicken sandwich) Only the whoppers seemed to bee good. The #8 chicken sandwich was gross and I didn't finish it. The chicken was over done and dark, and the whole sandwich tasted sour! There was way too much mayo on it that was I was overwhelmed by it. The nuggets were ok, but also a little chewy. The cashier was also lacking in suitable hospitality. She lacked a greeting of any kind and her hair was everywhere in here face, as if she got up and went to work. It was a distraction. It made me wonder how many lose hairs were getting into the food that day... She lacked basic manners as well. I understand that people have bad days, but you are being paid to be pleasant to the people you are serving, and since I took extra care to be pleasant to her, as well as the other customers I saw her serve, she had no reason to be so aloof and "frumpy". Since my main reason for going was because my children received free ice-cream for doing good in school and it was the nearest BK to me I no longer have a reason to return and would not recommend this location to others. Read moreThis was my first time at Burger King and will be my last. I ordered a lot to really give it a chance. Iced Mocha wasn’t very good I didn’t drink it. I also got a coke. Chicken fries weren’t bad. Cheesy tots were very good. New honey mustard wrap and spicy chicken wrap were really good! I tried an order of halfsie (fries and onion rings) I was super bummed they aren’t good. Their commercials really had me wanting to try the food. The worst part of my experience was the cashier loral I believe is her name. She was taking personal calls while I was about to pay. Another worker I think was McKenzie maybe but she was very nice and asked me to pull forward and park out front because they were making me fresh tots. I pulled around front and every single parking spot was full even the gas pumps so I pulled back around through the drive-through line. I told the loral that I had to drive around because there was nowhere to park, and she yelled at me because she told me to go park out front. I explained to her that there was nowhere to park out front and she began to yell at me that I was stupid and couldn’t follow directions and needed to wait for an opening to park but there was absolutely nowhere to wait because the parking lot is so small.
