The Sodamix — Restaurant in Salem

I have no comment to the the soda side of the third soda shop in a city of 10K. However, once in a while, I have wanted to give them 5 stars. Sometimes their cookies are the best you can get around here—better than the competition. But lately they cannot seem to get them right. They are flat, the bottoms are overcooked and hard, and they are completely inconsistent. One day I received a cold, dry, day-old cookie. For the premium price paid for these cookies, every employee should have them down to a science. And don’t even get me started on the fact that they can’t even keep their menu up-to-date every day. But I gave them an extra star for finally updating their Google hours since I was so tired of coming between 9 and 10 to a closed store. (I wonder if they updated the sign on their door?) Please work on your cookies so I can give you the 5 stars I’ve seen...

We just went to the drive thru (6:50 pm on Friday night) and no one took our order, they completely ignored us. There were 4 girls standing there talking and on their cell phones, there were no customers inside. They looked over at us a few times but kept talking. We waited for a few minutes, one girl walked outside to put trash in the bin, went back inside. Another girl came to the window but didn’t open it and then walked away. After a few more minutes we just left. We were excited to try their cookies, looked like a lot of good flavors. Good thing Crumbl is a few minutes away, our business...

I would give no stars but the review won't post unless you put one star. I took my grandchildren to Sodamix today. I purchased 3 kids drinks and a 16 oz. pink lady water. The menu board said my total should be $6.50 plus tax. The clerk told me my total was $8.50. However, when I looked at the actual credit card charge, I was charge $10.58. I tried calling the Sodamix but no one answered. I would not recommend anyone going to Sodamix unless you want to be...
