Best place to go if you want to waste money and be disappointed
I've worked in a McDonald's across town a few years ago while in high-school, and even the worst workers there could single-handedly outperform every single one of the people that work here.
If you come late at night make sure to ask if they take card. If you don't you'll have waited an hour and a half to be told they "only take cash right now sorry".
I've came here multiple times thinking that maybe the previous times were an outlier. I was wrong, Every single time I come here I get disappointed.
At midnight they have no staff and the staff they do have on hand at that time are horrible, if you see two cars in the drive thru, expect an hour wait or longer if you pull in (seriously I timed this on two occasions) The food and flavor has seen a visible downturn in the last year and the prices are still going up.
My large fry has the exact same amount of fries in it that a medium does, and if you were thinking well at least they would put all the correct items in the bag make sure to forget about that too. I ordered two cheeseburgers, how could it be that hard to get my order right? The breakfast staff here are at-least quick, but they don't know how to put the right items in the bag. The lunch staff get stuff wrong even though there is not a single person in line. Food is somehow cold after waiting for so long to get my order.
They also don't know how substitutions, exclusions and extra items work on food items. Too many times you could order a cheese burger, god forbid they put cheese on the thing.
Called in when they forgot to put items in my bag, person on the phone was rude, when I drove back to the location they made me wait 15 MINUTES in a spot to get my food, I had 2 cheeseburgers and this was at 1PM when next to nobody was in line, that is maybe 30 seconds to put together and put it into a bag. I don't know what they are teaching the staff here but it isn't how to efficiently make a sandwich for $15 an hour.
Often, if you order fries from this "establishment" you will find them cold on the bottom of your bag, and not enough to fill the container that was supposed to hold them.
Ice cream machine consistently out of order (they just don't want you to order it)
It is now cheaper and faster to make food at home. Forget "Fast Food" that's a thing of the past for this location. All of the people here need to be replaced by a screen because the people currently working here don't even deserve to work fast food.

Read moreI'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with my visit to McDonald's tonight. Our total time spent in the 10 car deep line in drive thru was nearly 30 minutes! It was close to 10 pm. So it's possible they were short staffed for the late dinner rush.
We ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 small fries. I distinctly ordered ranch and sweet n sour sauces for the nuggets. And the person taking the order recorded that on our order display.
Because of the long wait, I asked the person working he 2nd window drive thru if the sauces for the nuggets were in the bag. The young lady assured me they were in the bag.
Ten minutes later, we are home to sit down for dinner. And did I find any sauces for our chicken nuggets in the bag?? "NO, I DID NOT!! I also had no napkins and no receipt to easily find their phone number to report to them my disappointment. So that was the first negative moment.
Then, I wanted to convey to the store that we were missing part of our order. So I looked up the phone number to the correct store location, then explained to the gentleman my problem with our customer experience.
Another 5 or 6 minutes on the phone explaining what happened... mind you, the gentleman was understanding, apologetic, and accommodating for our experience. The clincher for me was after I hung up the phone to finally have my dinner, MY DINNER WAS COLD AND MY FRIES WERE DEAD. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT AFTER 7 MINUTES, MCDONALDS FRIES ARE "DEAD!!
Yes, my complaint may seem very minor. But after spending so much time waiting in line, requesting SPECIFIC menu items, waiting in line some more, verbally verifying the items were in the bag, driving appx. 10 minutes to get home, realizing our order was not complete, having a COLD, DEAD MEAL...I feel justified in conveying my disappointment with my negative customer experience.
My apologies for being long winded. But, I worked for McDonalds several tears ago as a grade 9 shift manager. I know McDonald's has specific training procedures, and take pride in excellent customer service. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone accommodated me by comping us our same order when I return tomorrow. Read moreI entered the drive thru line to this location at 2am (I have time proof of when I entered) I was only 3 cars away from the order speaker and it took me 35 minutes to reach the order board. I waited and waited, called out "hello" multiple times and waited 20 minutes with no reply, watching every car that was behind me and came in after me proceed forward in the second line next to me. So I eventually drove forward, waited another 15 minutes to reach the window.. where a young man politely took my order. Then a much older woman came to the windows and rudely said "move to spot 3 out front" so I did.. another 20 minutes went by and I saw car after car leave the drive thru. I called the store multiple times and finally the same woman who told me to come out answered and proceeded to rudely speak to me tell me "well this is why you order at the speaker" I told her I waited 20 minutes with no answer, she in other words called me a liar (again I have proof) and told me they were busy.. at this point I had been at the restaurant for OVER 1 HOUR without getting my food and this woman was talking to me SO beyond disrespectful and basically told me I'll get my food when I get it. 5 minutes later someone rudely walks my food out and says nothing.. my fries were halfway full and cold and hard. Of course I wasn't going to call or get back in line. I waited at this point 1 hour and 15 minutes and they weren't even that busy. . Yes the drive thru was full but the line wasn't even out into the parking lot. I've worked restaurant drive thru's and this was absolutely insane and then to be talked too the way I was and so disrespected and then to get cold hard old food and I know this was on purpose was beyond ridiculous. I'm normally not someone who would complain like this but this is so unacceptable. I've reached out to corporate also and I will be seeing this through to the fullest.
