It’s really kind of silly, but still the customer service at this location has always been bad! As I’ve spread the story, I have heard the same from everybody who has experienced this atmosphere. I went through the drive-through, and I ordered a Frappuccino and ham with cheese croissant. I Recently had my oil changed, and they gave me the other half qt. After ordering, I went up to the window and I looked down at the floor to see it leaking and so I asked the women several times to excuse me and I will go pay inside, but I had no response. After cleaning it up, I go inside and apologize for leaving the window with no explanation because the woman would not turn around for a second. Another woman not child comes and looks me in the eyes to tell me that hold on a minute after I’m apologizing. After several moments, and there’s four people not doing anything I decided to leave and go to the Starbucks in the Fred Meyer‘s down the street which has awesome, I mean awesome customer service. Several people who heard my story when I told them said that they had the same experience with the Starbucks at 3904 Commercial St. SE. they are very rude and inconsiderate but the sad thing is they don’t realize their jobs rely on customers not because they applied for the job and thought they were good...
Read moreThe girl making my coffee (green hair) rubbed her eye a good 10 seconds and proceeded to make my coffee and others while repeatedly playing with her nose ring. I told them I wanted her to wash her hands and do it again. She washed her hands and went about making coffees that came in after mine. (Well, what are they going to do with those since I'm at the front of the drive-thru?) While I again watched her adjust that stupid nose ring. Grrr! I just left disgusted. Fine, I left without my coffee that I paid for and I was ok about that. Ticks me off though that I tipped them for that service because they ask for it before they start the service. Won't go back to that one and I refuse to tip...
Read moreFor almost a year now, the coffee has been awful. It’s either a burnt coffee taste or not sweet at all. I’ve complained so much through the app or taken my drink back to be remade if I have time before work. Food is always great and the workers…. So I hate complaining but how can I get them to fix this problem? Hate wasting money on a burnt coffee drink that I now go to Java Roma on Lancaster which is 15 mins away.
