Starbucks — Restaurant in Salem

This has to be the worst Starbucks around in my opinion. They've been slow and rude before (I've gotten wrong drinks, had uninterested staff, and stood behind one employee in line while I was trying to get a drink, and she was having a full on meltdown, loudly, pulling in staff from across the store - because she'd said a curse word in front of a supervisor), but this last visit took the cake and I won't be back.

To start, the cashier ignored me when I walked up, she was just staring into space, twirling her pen. I had to greet her, and prompt her to take my order. Then I had to correct her multiple times, and she still ended up giving me the wrong size without offering to fix it. I paid, and she resumed staring off into space, juggling her pen, until I prompted her to finish the transaction so I could take my card back. Then I had to ask her for a receipt. And she huffed at me about it. Her hair was down and in disarray, so was glad she wasn't handling my drink. Overall, just awful. They need a lot of training.

Update: Act surprised, the drink was wrong too, they left...

Whoever the girls were working Friday afternoon shouldn't be working there anymore.... they acted intoxicated, were laughing and talking to each other very loudly, laughed when they messed up both drinks which they handed to me anyway without acknowledging me existence, and made their coworker do almost everything while he asked twice to take his break but appeared scared to leave them alone at the counter. Im sure many others without work would love to reply their rude ungrateful bums! Customers were staring in all directions watching this as well as your safeway staff.... I won't be returning.... my son and I...

I went in today to get two drinks, and prior to ordering I told the woman I had a free drink on my starbucks card that I wanted to use. As I continue to order she’s points her finger telling me to stop because someone else is talking to her, but she did not say a word she just pointed her finger rudely. When I finished ordering she told me what I owed, so I reminded her of my free drink, and she responded saying they don’t accept free drinks.
