This has to be the worst Starbucks around in my opinion. They've been slow and rude before (I've gotten wrong drinks, had uninterested staff, and stood behind one employee in line while I was trying to get a drink, and she was having a full on meltdown, loudly, pulling in staff from across the store - because she'd said a curse word in front of a supervisor), but this last visit took the cake and I won't be back.
To start, the cashier ignored me when I walked up, she was just staring into space, twirling her pen. I had to greet her, and prompt her to take my order. Then I had to correct her multiple times, and she still ended up giving me the wrong size without offering to fix it. I paid, and she resumed staring off into space, juggling her pen, until I prompted her to finish the transaction so I could take my card back. Then I had to ask her for a receipt. And she huffed at me about it. Her hair was down and in disarray, so was glad she wasn't handling my drink. Overall, just awful. They need a lot of training.
