Dragon Boba Tea and Coffee — Restaurant in Salina

Very quick service and adorable sticker lid. The staff was nice. But I was expecting more tea. The person working did not know what oolong tea was when I asked what tea they used. All the teas are just powered, sugared mixes that are pre-made. I got a brown sugar boba that they recommended. The boba was overcooked and the tea was too sweet (like, way too sweet), but they don't have a way to control the sweet ratio because it is pre-mixed. I couldn't really enjoy it as it tasted a little off as well.

Overall, if you like a sweet, sugary mix "tea" with boba (and don't want to buy your own mix from BT and make your own balls), it's fine and fills a niche Salina probably needs. If you like tea itself or toppings like custard or azuke, this will only be a...
