I am from San Francisco, and I did not expect the beef pho here to be so good compared to pho in San Francisco - San Jose. The cuts of beef here were cooked to perfection with good texture, it’s not too chewy. The flavored garlic, chopped green onions, and red onions give the pho a very delicious homemade pho taste. The noodles seem homemade and is very delicious. My order came with very tiny pieces of tendon so that would be my one complaint. Bo viên (meatballs) were okay but are still good.
The pho here is served to go only. They will soon have patio tables, but not sure when. I suggest to request the soup lukewarm to not burn the plastic soup container. And then reheat the broth at home. The broth is delicious as well.
The Vietnamese coffee, strong option, is quite fragrant. Almost as fragrant as the coffee powder I tried when I travelled to Phần Thiết, Vietnam. The coffee contained Nuoc Mia (sugarcane) and coconut water which is a good blend.
The price is pretty high for take out though. Give this establishment a storefront...
Read moreI had the absolute best pho experience here, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most memorable bowls I’ve ever had!
The broth was incredible – rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced between savory and aromatic. You can tell it’s been simmered with care for hours, because every spoonful carried layers of comforting, complex flavors that warm you from the inside out. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked to perfection, while the noodles were fresh, silky, and had just the right texture.
What really elevated the dish were the herbs and garnishes – crisp, vibrant, and so fragrant – they added that refreshing brightness that makes pho such a special comfort food. The portion was generous, the presentation inviting, and the whole experience felt like a hug in a bowl.
If you’re craving authentic, high-quality pho that truly captures the essence of Vietnamese cooking, this is the spot you don’t want to miss. I’m already looking forward to...

I sampled the beef brisket, and it was completely delicious. Taking it home, I didn't even need to heat it up. Mixing the broth with the rest of the ingredients created a lovely aroma, and garnishing with the scallions put the finishing touches on a great presentation - even if it came in plastic containers.
The taste was heavenly. Subtle, and yet with enough of a touch of heat to make the flavors explode. The brisket was completely delicious. Slurping the broth and then digging into the sprouts and noodles was everything I'd missed about eating pho.
You won't be disappointed in the service. Friendly, fast, and delivered with a smile.
I'll be a regular, and if you like pho, you...
