While I was impressed that a mall Thai place (which is already rare) actually sold pad thai (also impressive), the noodles did not seem fresh and were not true glad noodles. The sauce and chicken were good though. I would try it again. It was also only one of two places in the food court open on a Monday morning. It was just over $12 too, which in my opinion was $1-2 higher than a comparable mall Chinese restaurant would be and the quality didn't quite match the price. It was also right next to the kids play area which is helpful to eat while your kids play.

I got the Pad Thai with beef and the hottest spicy level, and a Thai tea no ice. The pad Thai was decent, I think to make it spicy they used cayenne pepper because it made the pad Thai sweeter than normal and the noodles were a light shade of red. The beef had little to no seasoning. The Thai tea was ok, it had some flavor but quite a bit of milk. 20% was tea and the rest was milk. Plus you pay extra for no ice. Overall it was ok for the price of $18

Food was amazing and fast too! The owner is very sweet, and the food is pretty good authentic, especially for Salina. You should give it a chance. I've eaten at quite a few Thai places, and I can say the flavors are on point and the portions are decent. I have not encountered the same issues that other people are having with the quality and quantity. Definitely try the manga sticky rice if it's available!

I’m underwhelmed by this place. I’ve been twice. The first time I got Penang Curry with chicken. It was served in a clear plastic to-go container for soup. The rice was in a styrofoam to-go container. This made it difficult to eat. The curry was way too soupy, like they added water to make it serve more. There was no creamy coconut milk component. The chicken was tough. The second time, I ordered drunken noodles and the noodles were so overcooked that it was a tan glop of food in the container. It was moderately hot, but that was the only seasoning I could detect. I threw it away as inedible. My wife ordered some chicken dish and made it clear that she did not want any hot spice, it was spicier than my dish that I ordered hot. They did replace her food with something else that she ate, but looked very unappetizing. The people are very...

Its just in the food court in the mall but the food is so delicious it deserves a better location. Lol. Now that I found this place a couple months ago I seem to go about once a week and am craving the chicken pad woonson right now. The only small complaint would be that its not always consistent in the spicy level. Sometimes the mild is still rather hot for my mild taste buds but it's always still so good I eat it, I just grab a glass of milk then too. 😬💞 oh and 1 time I ordered pad woonson but got pad thai but didn't notice because I didn't check until after I left. I still ate it and it was good just not what I'd ordered. Also my husband loved the...

I’m from Kansas City specifically Johnson County and I took a trip up to Salina for the day. I was feeling super hungry and I really wanted some Thai food and I found Vickie‘s Thai food in the mall. It was the best experience I ever had in my entire life. The crab Rangoon Was room temperature and they gave me exactly 1 tablespoon of sauce to dip my Ragoonan. My friends, there were 10 of us, we all waited at least 20 minutes each to get our food. It was fantastic to get to know each other. I found out that my coworker/friend doesn’t like vegetables 😆 I don’t know who Vickie is but she deserves a five out of...
