I would have given 5 stars but I'm easy to impress cause the last couple of times (that's 2 times) that I've been there they've gotten my order wrong, it wasn't so much as getting it wrong it's how they treated me when I called them to make them aware of what they did, I felt like I was getting interrogated only to have them offer at the end of it they had a book they could list my name in so they could make up for the mistake that I was telling them about, what happened to the customer is always right and no I don't think I'll drive back to the restaurant at 1000 0clock at night to get the two taco's that I say they shorted me on, I mean it was only a 15 minute ride one way, of course this didn't even get a (I'm so sorry for the inconvenience but we'll make it right the next time you come in ) just the third degree interrogation and a spot in the notorious BOOK next to the poor sap that called to complain that they messed his...
Read moreWe are traveling and stopped after 5 hours on the road with our 3 kids...the minute we got inside they started yelling, not politely telling us to pull mask above our noses...we then ordered and went to pay with a $50 & she tells us we cant use a $ has to be smaller...there is no signs saying no big Bill's and we dont use anything but cash when we travel and had no other bills....she argued with us and we ended up leaving without eating...definitely need more work on customer service skills!!! Read moreI would leave a zero if I could. Why the heck would you have a person for the lobby if you can’t take orders from the front counter. Why direct everyone to the kiosk. I saw her taking an order of some type from the register. But wouldn’t take any from actual customers. This just kills the experience and why I won’t be going back. This as happened at many locations and isn’t okay. There were over 4 people in the back. If you are only going to use the kiosk. Close the dang lobby.
