Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Salinas

So its 9:40pm drove from applebees after having dinner wanted some ice cream its Wednesday November 13 pulles up 9:40 it says its closes at 10pm and your employee had already closed the door and was almost finish with her moping she refused to open the door said they were closed how are you closed if you still have 20 mins left so were driving to the better side of town the south side where they will stay open till 10pm even if they just mopped... shame on your location! Shame on your employee didnt get her name since she wasnt wearing a nametags

First and for most Faith was rude! The whole team looked stressed and communication was absent. I had an Order with doordash and they only allowed me to get one Order at a time. If that’s the policy then I hope u guys communicate that with the doordash app because it allows us to get multiple orders. The manager was okay but I know she could of done a lot more to push her team to be faster and more respectful it’s an ice cream shop,shouldn’t take longer then a fast food place. Just saying. This is in no way to disrespect Baskin robins I love their ice cream but this store needs...

It was my brother's graduation the day I came to the shop for the first time and my family had rather demanding specifications for specifically what they wanted in an ice cream cake. The ladies Manning the store were very friendly and extremely helpful and I'm so grateful. Not only did they bear with me through a phone call and multiple texts with my family, they also offered to to write on the cake which apparently is free, but I would never know this after all my years of buying cakes for birthdays and anniversaries and such from other Baskin-Robbins.
