Panaderia Tres Hermanos 3 — Restaurant in Salinas

If zero stars were an option that’s what I would choose. The cake was given to us with the top half scraped off where they had obviously placed fruit. They didn’t even try to fix it. Then we cut into the cake and the top layer is badly burnt. The burnt part completely peeled from the rest of the cake. First time getting a cake from here and definitely the last. Am going to warn family and friends about cakes from this place

Update: hopefully you see this. It appears I can’t comment back to your response but yes we have left multiple reviews because this is just unacceptable. You should have gotten it right the first time I’m sorry but this is just embarrassing. I don’t understand how you can let anyone leave the bakery with a cake like this. I will say it once more. You didn’t even attempt to fix it!!! Just wiped the fruit off the top. If you don’t see the issue with this then you should NOT be baking cakes. AT ALL. I always come here and get avena because me and my family love it yesterday I decided to order 3 cups of avena for today for pickup for me and my coworkers, got there there was this rude lady , I said I was here to pick up she told me they were going to be cold I said yes that’s fine she’s like you were supposed to pick it up at 8 am when I clearly told the lady yesterday 8:40 or 8:50 am never 8 and I told her “no I said 8:40 around there “ she’s like well that’s not my fault she was being so rude this I the first time I experience something like this I asked for her name she said “Maria” she has blonde hair the date of today 04/26/25 9:00 am that’s not how you treat customers I personally work in customer service I never treat customers like that so they can come back but now I am not going back so they can treat me like that? I just churros and some bread a few minutes ago, the lady or the cashier is rude, the churros is stale and hard (not crunchy ) and they don’t have a very clean looking bread trays. I asked the lady just to give me a brown bag as I didn’t want my bread on the tray and she gave me an attitude. Anyhow besides the point, this is not the place to buy your mexican bread. Go somewhere else where you sure your money is not wasted. Update: the response was a pity. They responded saying I have nothing to do and just reviewing places anonymously.
