As someone who isn't typically drawn to bagels, I was genuinely surprised by the fantastic experience I had at this bagel spot. The bar was set high, and they not only met but exceeded my expectations.

The bagel sandwiches were the true stars of the show. I opted for the chicken breast sandwich and was blown away by the deliciousness. It's worth noting that they were out of strawberry bagels due to their popularity, but the jalapeño cheddar bagel I ended up with was a surprisingly delightful choice that added a unique twist to the sandwich.

The bagels are my favorite in town! I went two days in a row since the first day I didn’t get to fully enjoy my order. I don’t blame the employees I feel maybe they are not aware of this and management should have had this figured out from the beginning. I order a sweet bagel with strawberry cream cheese which is amazing!! The only downfall it sometimes has is once in awhile I get by delicious sweet bagel the tastes or smells strong of onion which can be a total waste! This is because they continue to use the same knife for every bagel and can spread/mix flavors which is unappetizing! It really can be a simple fix on their end by separating making savory and sweet on specific areas! Some people may be ok with the combination of flavors but I’m not. Yesterday I threw my 1/2 bagel away and today when I went in I kindly requested they use a new knife and the problem was solved. Also the employee that helped me is very sweet I love when she’s there she has great customer service my receipt said mealea but I’m not positive if that is her name! I used to go often before the name change. I went in today being on that side of the mall I figured I would get a bagel since it’s been a while but they have always been good. Well I go today and get the usual well once I get somewhere to sit the Hispanic women tells me I can’t sit. 🤔 so I get up and decide just wait for my order instead of sitting. Once I get my food and again tells me not to sit there again. So instead of making a big deal I just sit down and ignore her. 😒 Once I start eating I realize I didn’t get the right bagel. 😠 so i just asked for my money back and go get subway.
