The service was great. I was greeted properly, my order was done quickly, and the cleanliness of the restroom was surprisingly excellent beings its a high demand location for the homeless population. My only quarrel was the zucchini I ordered. It was not your typical outstanding go to side for the night. I think they must of changed manufacturers because they were larger in size wich made it hard to dip. Thin in width wich made the breading fall off, and the overall flavor was not satisfying like usual. I hope the change only has to do with this location and not a corporate one because if so, that could spell disaster for the franchise as we know as Carl's jr. Ps...... Read moreWORST EVER EXPERIENCE I've had in maybe any restaurant or food service situation & I'm relative old guy who has traveled a lot... Not sure I can recall all problems I had but here goes... NO shakes NO BBQ sauce Coke was 80% ice including admitted a BLOCK OF ICE IN CUP AND WOMAN AT DRIVE THRU WINDOW DID NOT OFFER TO REPLACE IT COKE before any ice melted was colored water with a hint of Coke flavor that I did not drink it... lol.. maybe my MD is happy I did.not have those sugar calories? Haha! FRIES were stale CHICKEN was a bit chewy but okay to eat!
HILARIOUS (ironically) TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY when I went to corporate website to complain... 1st hard to find FEEDBACK as was only buried at bottom of home page NOT IN MENUS AND the system they use is PATHETIC in how prompts & what you enter...

Read moreI arrived at the store at approximately 3:00 PM. My last visit to Carl's Jr. was approximately two years prior. I waited near the cash register for about seven minutes. It appeared that only two employees were on duty, one cook and one cashier. Customer traffic was light, with one customer in the lobby and one in the drive-thru. When it was my turn, the cashier exhibited frustration from the previous customer interaction. When I inquired about the availability of the original burger, she left her station without explanation. Upon returning, I repeated my question, and she replied in a negative tone. I proceeded with my order, feeling rushed and ultimately purchasing only two burgers.
