I love in and out. This one is always tasty and the employees kind. They lifted their mask requirements for employees who are preparing food though and that rubs me the wrong way. I've done food service during this pandemic and I understand how uncomfortable it can be, however this is something that effects more people than they know. Their employees are required to show proof of vaccination (as an employee told me) but that doesn't mean they can't pass it. Adults are responsible for their decisions and it's a choice to eat here or not, however someone in the drive through line wouldn't know if the cooks are wearing masks or not. They could hand the food to their kid and there enlys my issue. I'm not pleased with this in and out and I'm writing this review not as a reflection or the quality of service (which is 5 star) and not of the quality of the food (which is also 5 star) but as a reflection to a policy. To each their own in their choice , but this avid in and out goer is personally disappointed, in and out up until this point has been all masks on deck and this was a bit of a shock for us tonight for sure. This review and my service means nothing to a company as large as in and out but I hope it informs someone else so they can make a decision for themselves if they feel comfortable eating here or not knowing that policy...
Read moreBear with me on this one: This was the worst location I've ever seen back in 2020, and it's still not great now that I've stopped by 4 years later. I mean the actual physical location is a poor choice. The street capability and the small size of the lot, you wonder why city planners ever approved this. The workers are doing their best with what they have, though. The drive-thur is a pain because all cross traffic across the lot is blocked off, so you can only access it through the first driveway, and if you mess up, you have to turn around like all the other dopes and go back to the street to access the other driveway. It IS marked with the drive-thru sign, but I think they really need to sell it that it is the ONLY way to get to it, and that every other way is roped off. Maybe put out one more "No drive-thur access" signs and have it face the street for us who are stupid or tired. Now that I'm done complaining about the annoying layout...
Everything else is what you'd expect from In-n-Out. Food was good. Service was fast. Soda was a little off on the ratio, but that happens so unless its a continuous issue, I don't count it against them. Just the annoyingly small and limited access, as well as the questionable location, and I've been to many...
Read moreI was an In-N-Out tourist. We don't have In-N-Out in our state. As with many In-N-Out tourists, I eat here whenever I come to California. This time I came with my son. Last time I came with my brother. The food is simple, natural and delicious. You see the French fries being washed and cut before your eyes. In-N-Out is known for its secret menu, but, honestly, I just like the standard burger (with onions), fries and a shake. I live in a town with so-called healthy burgers made of soy and various additives, so it's great to come to In-N-Out for real food. I can't think of anything negative to say about the food. It's perfect. The service is excellent. I did want to buy a T-shirt this time, and I wasn't sure about my size. Unfortunately, In-N-Out doesn't have any open shirts to see the sizes, so I put it off. Note: While waiting in line, I met some In-N-Out tourists from New York. I almost think In-N-Out should have...
