Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Salinas

!!Employees staff were excellen!t! Had a craving for Taco Tuesday, ordered two beef tacos, fries & drink to eat in. They delivered to my table, to my suprise when opening the foiled wrapped crispy taco i saw a very smaller than small taco, smaller than street tacos off a truck, ground beef at bottom of the shell was maybe 1/4" thick, rest was cheese and guess to say shredded lettuce!! I said to myself wooah, I'm not a happy camper, the last time i ordered tacos here at Carl Jr's they were twice the size?? For $2 each, i need to say something, so i approached the shift Mgr. regarding the matter. I told her i was not happy with the tacos for the money i spent for them & the portions that were in them!! So the Mgr. asked me if i would like something else, she said not to worry for me to pick any other entrée on the menu, so i ordered a burger which came out to approximately the price of two tacos. So the moral of this story is if you crave tacos on a Tuesday at Carl Jr's, 'fo getta bout it' go to a reputable certified taco truck street vendor to fulfill your taco Tuesday...

Horrible experience. Would go 0 starts if I could. There was no line when I drove in. I ordered, when I pulled up to window I paid and there was to receipt given to me or even asked if I wanted one. I asked for ketchup and ranch, there was none in the bag.

There was Noone behind me and restaurant was almost empty then I got asked to wait in the front parking lot and they would bring my food out to me.

I saw a car after couple of minutes that also went trough drive trough got their food and left and I was still waiting.

I decided to go in restaurant and when I walked in employees started to look they were busy when there was almost Noone in restaurant and they were doing nothing.

I asked for my food and they all look like to each other asking themselfs the same question. My food was just on the counter getting cold.

I ordered a six piece chicken star nuggets with a medium fries and a cheeseburger with Only ketchup with small fries. I clearly stated that I needed them in separate bags. When it was brought to me, everything was in one bag. I told the lady who brought it and she asked how should it be, so I told her the cheeseburger and small fries in one bag and the rest of the order in another bag. This lunches were intended for my daughters at Laurel Wood elementary. I delivered it and went home. Lat I asked my daughters if they enjoyed their lunches and was told that the cheeseburger had pickles so my daughter couldn't eat it and the other bag had no fries, the six star nuggets and a Chicken Ranch Sandwich!
