My husband and I have been coming to this place for a year now and it beats all the rest of the Pho places in the area. It’s always so fresh and the price for the portions is great. I highly recommend their spring rolls with their delicious peanut sauce and add some of the most AMAZING chili oil I’ve had at a restaurant here in Salinas. Only place I know I can definitely trust to eat at! Wonderful business owners with absolutely welcoming smiles and fantastic sense of humor nothing beats this Noodle House!, the atmosphere is like you never left your house with how at home you feel from the moment you open the door to enter til the very second you leave! I love this place! The workers are very welcoming and treat you as if you were family. Everyone is so friendly! The food is amazing! There are vegetarian friendly options. The lunch specials are great and all of the food is wonderful. Everything is prepared quickly but still tastes fresh. The workers check on you pretty often. The prices are good.
