McDonald's — Restaurant in Salinas

I go to North Main McDonalds 5 mornings a week and usually on fridays my grandkids come over & I take them to get happy meals. During the month of October they have been having the trick or treat contest where they are supposed to give you game pieces. The first week I couldnt figure out where they were. Then i finally got some. It was like pulling teeth to get them. I would have to ask for my game pieces. Your receipt would say how many I was supposed to get. One time I didnt get them and when I pulled up to the 2nd window I told the girl I didnt get them. She said she will put them in my bag. I was supposed to receive 5. There was only 2 in the bag I found when I was going down the road. This last time I didnt get any at the window you pay (that's where they are supposed to give them) and I asked where my game pieces were. The girl said they were out. I pulled up to the 2nd window and asked if they were out. The girl said No why you didnt get yours? I said no. She handed me my game pieces. Then I told her the other girl lied. I had quite a few incidents where they werent giving me what was due me. I think the employees were stealing them. I could tell you incidents where they werent giving me correct change back also. like I wouldnt count my money. But that's another issue. Overall when you use the drive through window just be aware. I've had to complain several times now. They do send me a 2 free coupons for complete meals that cost $13 dollars each for fixing the problems. I'll give them that much. Corporate does take...

Food was delicious but cashier on 4/14 at 330pm was so rude! I placed an order on the kiosk inside but it wasn’t accepting payment so I had to take my receipt and just pay with cashier I told her for my daughters kids meal I tried to do a kids sprite instead of the milk but on the computer it didn’t let me it says out of stock and she rudely with an attitude says you didn’t do it correctly I said yes I did she says no you have to click on more drinks I reply yes I clicked that she said no you didn’t I said yes I did again and she looks at me again and says no you didn’t I couldn’t believe the talk back I should’ve took a picture and showed her so she could see but I took the picture after to share here it’s as if she was calling me dumb! The person who was infront of me had the same issue with the kiosk not accepting payment so he had to take his receipt as well and she was so inpatient with him that he skipped him and had me go to the next register to pay and she left him at the other register completely ignoring him as he was...

The person taking our order was not a good listener I had to repeat 5x the order & when she place the order on the screen I had to repeat the order again #7) combo 1 cheeseburger with no onions and one cheeseburger with onions we asked for medium french fries light on the salt we ended up getting medium french fries with no salt I had asked for a extra large Sprite with no ice and on the screen it said medium sprite then I asked for a quarter pounder burger with no onions I end up getting a burnt Patty and my Quarter Pounder Burger. We had just picked up my mother-in-law from Memorial Hospital and we're a little hungry we wanted fresh delicious hot meals and we end up getting something else very poor service I hope the manager can correct this and work with the people that are taking down orders and to remind those who are preparing the food to send out the very best not just whatever comes out as it comes out I don't pay good money for that...
