Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Salinas

This is not the first bad experience that I’ve had at this specific pizza factory location, but this time it was a huge waste of my time and their lack of service was majorly disappointing. I called ahead to place it in advance, I showed up at the location at their time they said it would be ready at. When I got there my order hadn’t even been started. They let me know that they didn’t begin to make it because my order didn’t print for the pizza maker which is very understandable and things do happen. But I had sat there waiting an extra 35-40 mins in their lobby in the front row where they can visibly see me waiting patiently. Keep in mind it was only supposed be a ten min wait. so at that point 40 minutes had passed by, and I finally decided to ask if it was ready, and they grabbed a box that had been sitting on their shelf for more than ten minutes. They didn’t even let me know that it was ready. I’m honestly just disappointed with the lack of service. This is why I perfer to go to the other locations even if it’s further than me from...

Don't bother going for lunch. The sign outside of this location advertises a lunch buffet with pizza, salad, soup and potatoes, but unless you get there early, nothing is fresh. There are 4 sad-looking half-pizzas lying on the serving table and they appear to have been there for a couple of hours. The salad bar was not well stocked and several items had empty containers that should have been replenished. The soup was surprisingly good, though.

I showed up at 1:45 PM on a Monday and was there for about 45 minutes. In that time, one new pizza was brought out and remnants of the 4 stale pizzas were combined, making it appear that new, fresh pizzas had just arrived. The person that combined the pizzas should have recognized that the old, stale pizza needed to go -- the pieces were cold and required some serious sawing with the serving spatula to separate them.

I usually have a good experience when going here. The last time i was there, the girl at the counter was more interested in talking with her male coworkers and laughing. There were 3 people standing at the counter waiting. When she did help me, she must have forgotten about customer service. I ordered two pizzas, one large and one personal size. The large was ok, but the personal one had the wrong topping, and the dough was not fully cooked in the center. Like I said, I normally have a good experience when eating here. It will probably be a while before I return, and if I do and see the same girl behind the counter. I would hope for a...
