Carol was so incredibly kind and to be quite frank, gave us an incredibly (unbeatable) deal on a bedroom furniture set as well as a new mattress. We had just come from another furniture store and had already picked out both a bedroom set and a mattress and had a quote ready to be purchased the next day, but decided to stop by Ramos on the way home and we are so happy we did!! They have a large selection and like I said, made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. We got more pieces than the other set offered for much less $. We will absolutely be coming back when we are ready to do the next room in our house. Thank you again Carol!! You were so kind...

I just wanted too say great and amazing customer service by the two females Silvia & Claudia as soon as we walked in silvia had a great smile she was very helpful ...we bought a bed set and we will look forward in making additional purchase in the future..

I did want too say that I left happy and glad we where helped with this two great store employees the men at the store never mentioned if we needed any help when looking up stairs and I felt like they had no interest in offering assistance in any way ...and I was told one of them was store manager not friendly...

I like Ramos furniture store because the employees are always ready to help you pick the perfect peice of furniture that suits your needs and budget also they do have people that can deliver your furniture if needed .....they explain all the details about the furniture you are buying and everything you need to know which is very helpful I have bought many pieces of furniture from Ramos furniture and I am very happy with them and keep coming back to buy more I definitely recommend them you won’t be...
