Iām staying at a near by hotel and took a small walk to this location. By my surprise the doors were locked at 10:15. The store hours posted on the door says close time is 10:30pm. The workers inside pointed to the drive through. I got in my car and went in the drive through at 10:18. When I pulled up to order a recording came on stating that they are now closed. As I grabbed my phone to double check the time a gentleman asked to take my order. He took my order and I proceeded to the window. As I got to the window now 10:20 another car arrives. The window was open and I over heard the gentleman ask what looked like the manager if he should take their order. She rolled her eyes and said āI guess but no more after that carā but the car already heard the closed recording and continued to drive. That car was stuck behind me until after I received my order at 10:28. The hotel that Iām staying at I right next door and I noticed they closed early the night before as well. If the lobby closes 30mins before the drive through they should have it posted on the door. The closed recording in drive through shouldnāt come on until after 10:30pm (donāt post that you close at 10:30 if your closed at 10:20) if this was my business I would be very upset on the loss of sales. If I wouldnāt have gotten in my car they would have missed out on $21. The drinks and food was great. My only complaint would be how the employees are rushing to close. Last minute costumers suck but when you close at a certain time.... it is what it is. š¤·š»āāļø These people clearly donāt work to improve sales and become higher paid...

Starbucks had so many incidents at so many of ots location about discrimination and rudeness yet it seems like the employees doesnot get any reprimand. Its about time people start to take their business to Petes or other companies where they get served respectfully. I have a loyal Starbucks customer for as long as I have in the States, never going to any other coffe shops. Maybe its about time to boycott Starbucks as a community to put a dent in it and make the upper managers take notice of whats happening in their stores. This location lied to my husband saying they close the doors at 9:30 pm but they had locked doors at 9:20 when he went there. They said they could only serve drive thru. When he drive thru one of the ladies, who was not even serving him, started to argue with him that he is lying. Hopefully the camera Starbucks jas is working amd tjey can see it. My husband is a very even tempered person but he was disturbed by this treatment. I am going to boycott this company and will now advocate actively against Starbucks until someone takes notice and address the disrespect shown to customers. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was very impressed by the barista making my drink. Was a Starbucks manager for 2 years and 5 years of prior work and I have since walked into a lot of bad stores. As I am in California and have no access to my home espresso machine I had to give this store a chance. Great atmosphere. Felt very open very welcoming. The only thing I'd change about customer service is making conversation on bar. After the drink left the register they were very contained to their own conversations. The Barista at the register was in training however was very positive and patient with my pain in the butt drink. I asked him for a quad iced latte with whole milk, 2 pumps of white mocha, 2 pumps of toffeenut and light ice. Even though it was a bit much he still did his best! I wish I had the names of these baristas but they are not wearing name tags. The drink is great and believe me if I like it they did a damn good job. Keep up the good work!
