Tacos El Pariente Y Mariscos — Restaurant in Salinas

Food is overall okay there is many more hole in the wall places that exceeds my standards. I am rating this business because I thought that after changing owners it was going to get a facelift! Well to my surprise it did not. This place is dark, keep same furniture and same Old CARPET!! creating this atmosphere that you are dining at a skilled nursing facility rather than a Authentic Mexican Restaurant. Please please please give this place a much needed makeover and a piece of advise to all restaurants out there...

Great find when cruising through Salinas. Had the Carne Asada burrito. Gotta say, this hit the spot. Perfect balance of flavors. Tried out a new spot, was in the mood for Tacos. This place is in my neighborhood so I figured I would give them a try, im glad I did, the staff was friendly, and they had a great selection of meats including al vapor(steamed)!!
