Taqueria El Rey — Restaurant in Salinas

Ladies are super RUDE, I went in to pick a doordash order and since the first time i ever went in for an order they had a bad attitude, I went in today to pick an order and lady wouldn't give me the order until her screen said I had confirmed. Even after I had showed her my screen to verify as she asked ... after I asked for the order agashe asked rudly again if I had verified which I have In order to continue delivery and get paid. I then gave her the same attitude she was giving me and she gave me an fugly look, as she didnt like the response... owner need to give his workers somw better customer...

Love ALL meals from here. Haven’t had a single item I wasn’t happy about. If you are craving that “Mexican” or “Hot dog” like foods; I recommend especially the hamburger. Their shrimp tacos are delicious. The staff is always so respectful and helpful. The dining inside the taqueria (within the gas station shop) is always kept clean. I cant rave enough about this place. If you are thirsty or want a little snack the Gas Shop has an array or “Disneyland” world of beverages you can think of. Doordash, stop by to eat or request a take...

We’ve always been happy with their food but I guess they have a new cook because recently the flautas don’t have any meat just crunchy tortillas, I understand inflation but this is ridiculous. In that case I might as well purchase a bag of tortilla chips at the grocery store because that’s what we received twice when we ordered. If this continues they will loose a customer. I don’t mind paying but I pay for the meal not hard...
