I don’t recall his name but he was a manager. Caucasian male dark brown short hair skinny. I had brought two drinks one coffe frapp and one cremé frapp. I received both coffee. Was very upset, I approached the manager and told him the problem. Seemed like he didn’t know his drinks tried to convince me that all drinks have coffee in it which was a lie. Had the girls remake it and they had an attitude bc they had to remake it. Maybe they should stop trying to rush to just chit chat and make sure everyone order is right. Not to mention they were all giggling it up with (not 100% sure) with a friend at the window. Haven’t been back to this one since, been going to the one in Lancaster that never gives...
Read moreAfter spending $20 on specialty drinks, I asked if I could have a small tap water with their freeze dried strawberries(cost .80c). I was told that water was free and strawberries were 80 cents but my drink would cost almost $5 cause there was something added to the liquid! I was told although I could get a cup of water for free, I could not get the strawberries in it. 🤔🧐🤨. I mentioned to them that the scoop of strawberries were on the screen as .80 cents. Why can’t you charge me for just that? The manager told me it was Starbucks standard to charge someone as if they bought a custom tea even though it was tap water! ...
Read moreI go here often, only problems I have are ordering hot drinks and getting them iced but the most questionable is when they close the Cafe. Seems to me it would be better to close the Cafe for orders but keep it open for mobile order pick ups only if they are that busy. I hate waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes when my order has been ready the whole time. Also maybe update the app so I don't order if the Cafe is closed if it's that busy. Staff is always nice and helpful...
