Dunkin' — Restaurant in Salisbury

The woman that waited on me was incredibly rude and was very impatient with my order because I wanted more than just a few items. Upset with the service that I received I told the woman I did not appreciate her attitude and immediately she told me she was not giving me attitude and changed her attitude completely trying to act nice as possible because of what I said to her and she gave me excuses for why I might have thought she was being rude. Then while waiting for my food order in a parking spot at that same dunkin the manager came out with my food and I didn't get a receipt for the order (I'm thinking that the woman who took my order threw out the receipt because of what I said to her to avoid a bad review) so I asked the manager for the receipt and she said she didn't have it and immediately gave me excuses for her employee saying that she was new so that showed me the employee told the manager what happened and what I said so she already knew about the situation. There were two women at that window, one was the rude woman and the other was the trainee. I knew for a fact that the woman I spoke to was not new. I saw the woman that was new next to the woman that was giving me a nasty attitude and the only thing she said to me was to drive up into a parking spot. So I came to the conclusion that the manager was protecting her employee with a lie to her customer. I was so displeased with that dunkin that I decided to finnish my order at another Dunkin...

I went in at approximately 2:44 PM today 13 March there was one woman sitting down one woman waiting for a hot coffee and one kid in line in front of me who had ordered two donuts. I was standing there for minimum 11 minutes finally they took my order which was a medium coffee and a doughnut. She kinda gave me my coffee with a little bit of attitude And it was like I noticed that Coffee was like cuddling underneath it in a small amount. The second I picked it up. It just spilled all over my sneakers and my pants and my shirt and then I’m like all right so it must just be extra coffee in there get into my car and it is like evidence that there’s a hole in this cup somewhere all over my brand new sneakers all over my pants all over my sweatshirt. I’m just disgusted with the wait time with the two people working the amount of customers and the fact that she didn’t notice that there was a hole in the cup is just disturbing and astonishing...

If you want dunks go to literally any other one except for this one! I’ve given it a couple tries because it’s right on the way to my house from work but never again I’ll go 5 minutes out of my way for better. The food is always made wrong or just forgotten about. Drinks are made wrong. They take FOREVER in the drive thru I’ve seen many people drive off after ordering because it was taking forever. One time I told them someone drove off just because I used to work at dunks in high school so i know it can get confusing when someone drives away. The girl looked at me like i had 6 heads. Then the manager walked up and double checked what i got. You would’ve thought I spoke to them in gibberish I even started to question myself if I was making sense 😂 Prime example that fast food workers shouldn’t be making more than...
