Hardee’s — Restaurant in Salisbury

I went to Hardee's before for work,there was one guy working the counter and the drive thru he said he would be with me 10 minutes after I got there,he apologized after 20 minutes, I am trying to be patient trying to learn to be friendly, another employee came in I heard him say she was late,I didn't see her wash her hands,now I starting to warm up, but didn't she took my order I asked for a cup of ice she handed me a baby cup,I asked how much for a cup lol she said a dollar, I lost it and said I have waited 30 minutes for service and you want to charge me a dollar for a cup ,she yelled I don't make the riles,she was right and I don't have to take your rules give me my money back and keep the cup,I could see 50 a dollar no thank...

I like hardee's food better than a lot of fast food places but lately at this particular location the quality of food and service has gone downhill. We went and tried the new beyond meat burger which was really good taste wise but was put together sloppily and the woman who served us barely spoke to us. We never got a greeting or anything she just stood at the register, we ordered, then she plopped down the bag of food in front of us and literally grunted. We said thank you but she still said nothing. 3 or 4 years ago this place was great and well managed I'm not sure what happened. Husband went to get us breakfast this morning and he said the whole experience was uncalled for. Usually grabbing dinner from here we experience pleasant workers but the morning crew treated him like absolute crap. 2 people cut in front of him in line to order. They treated other customers with a great attitude, but as soon as he went up to order the girl was getting smart with him.
