Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Salisbury

Very poor experience today. Sandwiches were not assembled properly to order. Not halved as requested. A complete mess. Breaking in new employees is one thing. But please don't do it on my order without supervision. It's not like you were busy.

The details follow.

Turkey with roast beef. - no roast beef Roast beef - no extra vegetables None of the sandwiches were halved as requested. 22 oz drink - i was given a 16 oz cup.

I love your franchise. Today's experience was wildly unusual based on my normal experience at that location.

Follow up october 3rd. In spite of my feedback yesterday (10-2-24) I ordered 2 more sandwiches today. Very poor sandwhich assembly and incredibly amazing, sandwhiches were NOT halved despite requests to the contrary in the JJ app. Quality control is most definitely spiraling. ...

Place was extremely clean. It was a Friday evening and we were the only ones eating in the place. Several folks got sammichs to go however I had to stay in and indulge on the self serve never ending fountain drink machine. Staff was very helpful and appeared to enjoy working there. The decor is amusing with signs containing short sayings or words of wisdom tastefully placed. I will definitely be going back! Prices are slightly more than subway however, I didn't mind paying the extra for a great meal that wasn't prepared by a "large boned" sweaty gas station employee working in a...

Can't believe any company would advertise their product and within same advertisement encourage "copy cats" to vandalize a car by ice picking tires. A stupid thought indeed. Shame on Jimmy Johns! No more business from me.

Responding to Jimmy John's request for specifics. The most recent advertisement displays a man ice picking tires on an automobile. In today's world there are many who copy the actions of others as they pursue recognition. Anyone who doesn't understand the dangers with suggesting ice picking tires is humorous has to be stupid. I can't be anymore...
