Panda Kitchen Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Salisbury

I found a few pieces of my hibachi chicken that were covered in small white and black hairs. I didn't inspect it too much I quickly shut the lid and called them. They said to call a third party company for a refund so I just had them remake it. No problem. I get home and realize the chicken is again covered in these little white hairs. I call to let them know and they just say to call this company to get a refund. I ordered online from their website and they will not tell me the number to call they just said to "look it up". I'm not worried about the refund it was just strange how they went about it. Also the hair very closely resembles animal hair. It was FOR SURE not human. I wasn't going to say anything but after the second time and the way they beat around the bush for a refund I decided to make sure other people know what they are eating. Clean, neat and good customer service. Those were the good points. We got a shrimp boil, shrimp were cooked well but, the additional items potatoes and corn were lacking. (2/3 of an ear of corn and 1 small potatoe) For a 1 lb boil. The steak fried rice had no flavor, very bland. The steak lo mein was the same no flavor at all, and half the container was filled with liquid. Given the fact that there are many Chinese restaurants close by with great food, as well as seafood restaurants, I will not be returning. Prices were great but, now we see why there is never...

This is my first time eating here. Did a pickup order today. It was ready before promised! When I entered I was greeted pleasantly by the person working behind the counter. They were fever friendly. Got the food home and went to eat. The egg rolls were perfectly fried and crispy, plenty of shrimp. I got Hunan beef which was in a delicious brown sauce. Everything was amazing and the prices are more than reasonable. Ill be eating...
