Hunan Delight — Restaurant in Salisbury

I ordered on 3/28 for delivery- After an hr I called to see where my food was, they said it was on it's way- 45mins after that it finally arrives. I ask the driver and he told me he was the only delivery driver and had to take everyone's out at the same time and I was the last stop, I asked if my food was even still warm- he felt the box said "aaa....a little" I said I'm sorry but I just want my money back you can take that back. I called the restaurant, asked to speak with a manager let him know I sent the food back and that I wanted my card refunded. I was hung up on- I called back again and said I wanted my card refunded- he said ok ok ok, and hung up on me again. I still haven't gotten a credit to my account and now will open a claim to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Horrible service!! Every company has times where they're short handed but be honest don't say 30-45 mins for my food take 2x that long and then deliver cold food, if you had been honest I would of just...

I was a loyal customer till today the food is generally good. Me an my daughter love there general tsos chicken. Shes still really little so she doesnt eat close to what they usually give for a combination. I get the same order everytime an we split it with some crab wantons too. So tell me why i order today an i get a box of rice with five pieces of small chicken. Mind you they had already been rude an hung up on me because i called back to ask for a fork. When i called back to ask why they gave me that that ive never had that issue before he argued with me for like 15 minutes repeatedly asking what was in my bag. I kept telling him i got my order but that was absouletly ridiculous to sell somebody i tried to be nice avout it i understand mistakes happen but at that point im done. I just will never order...

I'm normally happy with this restaurant however the last two orders we've placed were sub par. The Bourbon Chicken was outright disgusting! The flavor was awful, the chicken covered in breading with little meat or sauce and the rice was sticky and weird tasting. I'm not sure what happened but it was thrown away! The other issue was no sweet & sour sauce with the chicken. We didn't notice till we got home. I called and complained (nicely) and he said next time he would make it right. We got the bag of food and there was no chicken but the sauce was in the bag. You CAN'T make this up, I mean seriously was this a Jedi mind trick or something.
