Wendy's — Restaurant in Salisbury

Ok so usually go for breakfast , the food is usually good but the customer service is seriously lacking. I've stood there while the people working back there are looking right at me but ignore me. 15/20 mins just acting like I'm not there. Then there's one dude that will have a whole attitude when he finally does stop ignoring you and take your order. Especially if you go there close to breakfast being over. But I get there and after being ignored breakfast is almost over when he finally ask me what I wanted. There's one woman who works there in the morning that's is great tho, I really wish I got her name. She's corrected the dude before when he was trying to give me regular fries in place of my breakfast potatoes becuase he didn't wanna cook anymore and it was still breakfast time technically. She deff has a management vibe so might be the boss. The final straw for me was it's about to be December and it's currently 30 degrees outside, go to wendys fir some chili cause that sounds great....NO CHILI! how does wendys not have chili ! That's the whole reason we went there. I'm just saying it's winter and Wendys Chili is a go to when you can actually get. So basically the wait time and being ignored, the crazy attitude from employees in the morning and the lack of products like...

Very rude staff. I come here all the time and don’t have to pay for LITTLE RANCH PACKETS. Tonight, I ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich meal and they decided to tell me at window after I waited for 5 minutes that they didn’t have regular chicken patties. They asked if I wanted spicy instead and I said that was okay because I already ordered and was hungry. I asked for ranch and was told very rudely that I had to pay. I expressed how I ordered a regular sandwich and they didn’t have what I wanted after I already paid and that the least they could do was give me ranch. Very rude response and she argued with me when the least she could have done was give me a tiny ranch packet for my inconvenience. I have never seen this young lady before but she needs to be laid off! You cannot be rude and work in customer service (especially food). I come here at least twice a week and will now not be coming. Great job hiring young, rude...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is one of the worst meals/experiences I've had in a long time. First, the staff is rude - they're basically like, "what do you want?" and on top of that, don't bother asking them any questions because they'll talk to you like you're stupid. I ordered my food and went to get a drink but almost every mainstream soda was out (see picture) - not that you would want a drink from this place anyway. The drink machine was also disgusting (again see picture). It splatted a black oily substance all over my hand. Fortunately, I was able to get ginger ale (although it had a red hue to it). Finally, the food was awful. I live literally 2 minutes away and the food was cold. Not even lukewarm, just flat-out cold. I mean, I'm kind of scared to eat this meal. I'll post again (if I survive). It's clearly evident that the employees (management included)...
