Hardee's — Restaurant in Saltillo

The employees were really nice but chicken stripsnwere literally burnt up and so hard we couldn't eat them. I absolutely love Hardee's eat there 2 times a week if not 3 and the last 2 times I went I got the blueberry lemon pie I asked for 2 paid for 2 and only received 1..My breakfast I have been 2 days in a row and got a DOUBLE loaded omlette biscuit and got a regular. My second time I even told the lady at the speaker can you please make sure it's a double and she assured me it would be correct and it was made terribly sloppy and regular size! I don't eat hardly anywhere but Hardee's when I don't cook and yall have let me down past few times I been...Not looking for free stuff but don't want another good restaurant disappear...

First off, it took over 30 minutes just to get through the drive-thru. Secondly, when you're spending upward of $50 on fast food, the order can at least be right and without skimping out on proportions.

My wife and I ordered 2 number 13's and food for our kids. When we got home we realized the order was slightly wrong and our meals were more like buns with fries. Hardly any ham or cheese whatsoever and we ordered the largest ones. My wife and I both just looked at each other like did we really just pay for this?

Despite the late hour and being the only one of two employees, Alex was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient.
