McDonald's — Restaurant in Saltillo

We used to love McDonalds at Satillo but it has steadily decreased its service which is the reason we hardly ever go. I am okay with one bad day but every time we go it is awful now. Two weeks age when I went in there was no one at the counter for a few minutes. The two girls were at a table talking to another customer then the one girl came to help and text on her phone while she took my order.

Today I went in with a small McCafé winner coupon that came off the cup. The game stopped on 10/31/2018 but the coupon clearly says at the bottom “Redeem at counter or drive thru at part McD’s by 11/19/18.” The manager would NOT take my coupon. She said the game was over. I explained to her that I understood it was over but the coupon says I have 19 days after the game ends to redeem it. She acted like she didn’t really care and walked back into the kitchen. I got my breakfast sandwiches and left. It is a running joke in Saltillo about how bad the McDonalds is. They were even making memes about it at one point. Just sad because I do...

My experience was the worst ever! First I ordered a cold caramel macchiato & was told at the window to pull around...for the coffee. As soon as we pulled around we were met by "the manager" who said the machine to make my cold coffee was down & asked if I would take a frapp instead. I said yes. 15 minutes later I decided to go inside to get it. Everyone was running around doing nothing but looking busy. After an additional 30 minutes inside & a couple of "we're getting it ma'ams" the manager finally came to me to explain that no one knew how to change the bag on the frapp machine...when the second person other than me walked in to complain...the manager stopped talking to me & walked over to the woman & started taking care of her leaving me standing there still wanting the coffee that i paid for! After a minute or 2 I turned & walked out...extremely angry! I not only got messed around by this MacDonalds, I paid for it & an hour of my time gone! Wont be...

Ordered food at drive thru. Got to first window waited 5 mins while cashier talked on her phone and counted change. Went to second window to get egg McMuffin, and bacon egg and cheese McGriddle waited another 4 or 5 mins get rec order from girl in pajamas. Get home no McGriddle had a sausage biscuit. Go back go in and waited at counter until a lady in. McDonald shirt and pj bottoms asked what was wrong I started to explain I didn’t get what I ordered and she said I don’t need your attitude and I said I was just answering your question she threw money on counter and left. I eat mcDs several times a week and have started driving to mall because I may get 1 out of 3 orders correct at this locations. I want to support my local store but this location has serious issues. I know owner is local anymore but what happened to serving customers...
