They never seem to have enough pretzels to sell. Iāve been here three times and have always had to wait. This time we ordered cinnamon bites and they told us it would be about ten minutes. I went up a second time and they said they were still waiting for dough to rise. 30 minutes later I went up to the counter again only to see the girl at the counter selling fresh cinnamon bites to someone else. I interrupted and said āmaāam weāve been waiting 30 minutes for some of thoseā she did not apologize or say anything. She turned around and then handed me a cup. I donāt expect 5 star service from young adults at a pretzel stand but this is just unacceptable....

It doesn't help that i can smell the pretzels baking from my store as well. I do want to shout out the friendly and kind staff. The sweet man who works there always remembers I'm a mall employee too and i appreciate the comradery and kind nature he always show towards me and the rest of my coworkers. His delightful and gentle energy is surely contagious to the rest of us šāØļø
