We have visited Ultimate Air many times before and have celebrated several Birthdays, each party being the top tier option. Planning a party is stressful- thankfully this establishment provides a party host who also takes care of the mess afterwards.
Since you are unable to pay for the party in full like we were able to before, I paid what I was able to leaving a $50 balance (making things a little easier for myself). The total kids for the party package was up to 20. Our party had only 15 and with one refill, our remaining total came out to $117.
My daughter’s father brought donuts and kool-aid pouches specifically for the goody bags- I understand no outside food or drinks but what if the kid wanted donuts in place of cupcakes? It was a whole deal about having these items on the table. We took it back to the car.
My husband wore a spectator band so he could take out one year old daughter to play. At a glance, my husband is obviously not in the jump area for his own pleasure. He was lightly bouncing trying to teach the baby how to do it and an employee told him he could not do that. I guess we should have used one of the 5 jump bands left… So my son is 15 and was going to take her to the small child section but he was told that he could not be over there. So, they all just came back to the party room.
Kids were showing up and I had to point them to the direction of where about our party host might be. My son was denied a drink refill after I had specified which child could have a refill.
The birthday girl’s grandma is in a MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR and they made her sign a waiver! Y'all. She is physically disabled and you read that correct.
If you are wanting to plan a birthday party for your little one, I would suggest looking into somewhere other than Ultimate Air. For a private room, 4 pizzas, you need time to eat food, cake and do presents while hoping your kids have enough time to jump.. squeeze all of that into 2 hours. We spent well over $600 for this.
We’ve never really had a bad experience here, the prices are awful but they know there isn’t much for kids to do in this town. We gave our one hour free jump pass to someone else and have all decided this would be our last visit.
For the prices, we can take a day trip to some place better and it would absolutely be worth it compared to this...
Read moreThis was my very first time coming here. And at that, it was for a birthday party. The party host said we had to check in. So I go stand in line and I'm waiting to check in, mind you, there were only 2 lines open and both were busy with other customers. Finally, after who knows how long, another employee opens another register/computer, so I go to his line and he tells me he's going to help the lady behind me!? I had already been standing in line, the lady he decided to help had literally just walked in! So I'm still waiting......Then another lady opens another register/computer, and I tell her I'm checking in for a birthday party and tells me all check ins are done at the end register! WHAT???!!! OMG! So I go get in that line and AGAIN! I am waiting! Finally when it's my turn, the guy asks me if I've filled out the waiver. What waiver!? So I had to get out of line, fill out a longggggg waiver on their computer, then go get back in line, AGAIN, to check in. I yelled at the poor guy cause that was just ridiculous! This place has no organization, no clear posted signage that states what someone needs to do when they get there or what each register line's specific purpose is! It needs to be clearly stated when you first walk in, instructing you to fill out a waiver on the designated computers they have set up before getting in line if you or someone in your group is jumping. Then the register lines need to be clearly marked especially if you are there for a party! If you have never been here and have time to waste or don't mind behind confused by their unorganized way of doing business, then this is the place for you. But if not, then I DO NOT recommend coming here. Plus! They are ridiculously EXPENSIVE!! To me, it is not worth the money or the time! I lost almost an entire hour of the birthday party just trying...
Read moreI booked a VIP party package for my daughter's birthday party here. I booked the 1pm-3pm time slot. You’re told you are allowed to arrive 15-20 minutes early to set up, but the business does not open until 1. When we arrived early to set up, the doors were locked, so we asked an employee who was cleaning the doors about going in to set up, but that only seemed to irritate her and she explained someone else had already asked about going in early to set up and were told the staff was too busy but she “guessed” she could go ask again. We eventually were allowed in, but we definitely didn’t get the 15-20 minutes to set up. When you’re paying $675 for a 2 hour time slot, you expect to have those two hours devoted to enjoying your party, not trying to get situated in the room. The host was nice, and assisted when necessary, but not a lot of help was necessary outside of checking kids in and bringing drinks and pizza up. When it was time to leave a 10% tip was encouraged, but the manager suggested as much as 30% for the host! I agreed to a 10% tip, even though I didn’t feel like that was warranted, and when I got home and checked my receipt the manager had authorized a $100 tip! I do not intend to ever make a...
