Sent my fiancé to pick up a family meal for the kids and us. I will say yes sending him may have been a mistake. Anyway he orders 16 pc legs and thighs with poppers and mashed potato’s. He pulls up to the second window and they inform him they’re out of everything but fries for sides and that’s what they gave him. Now he gets home informs me what happened and I get slightly aggravated with how much we spent. I open the chicken box and it was all thighs besides one burnt leg, the thighs were also dry / burnt and i know our kids won’t eat this. I call and ask if we brought everything back if they’d refund us explaining our kids are “picky” and wouldn’t eat it. The manager said “I don’t need the chicken bring the recipt “ and she then hung up. I get my sister to watch the kids and my fiancé and I head up there (15 min drive). We get there and the lobby is closed so we head to the drive thru and explain we called ahead and are here for the refund and the lady starts saying we can’t give a refund without the food🙄. We ask for the manager and get a “pull up”. We pull up manager asks for the receipt. We hand it over then she opens up the window and rudely advised us that she wasn’t going to refund the tea since we didn’t complain about it. We say that’s fine and she lets us know that she’s been the one cooking and everything was fresh and nobody’s complained. I say “I understand that but It was dry/ burnt and I have kids at home who won’t eat that” she then interrupts me and says, “yea well I’m sorry that we didn’t have the sides either but jalapeño poppers aren’t for kids”. I snapped back and said “yea that was mainly for us but the mashed potato’s were for them!” Now my fiancé is Mexican as well as our kids and they eat jalapeños so what she said was quite ridiculous! She then slammed the window and soon after gave us our refund. This whole experience was a huge pain I felt as if I was being mom shamed because I wasn’t going to force my kids to eat that nasty chicken! Or even that I let them eat jalapeños! Not to mention her comment could be taken as racist but I won’t even get into that. That manager has no respect for her customers she should’ve just gave us our money back as we did nothing to provoke her to act that way. And honestly her comment about my kids, was absolutely disgusting! I wish I would’ve caught her name but she was blonde with glasses with a raspy voice. We will not be going back to this restaurant. Read moreIt was HORRIBLE.... They weren't even busy and I was in line at the drive thru, almost 15 minutes. There was 1 vehicle in front of me. I pull up and watched the guy had just then started to make my sandwich and as I watched him, I thought "I hope that's not mine cz he's putting Mayo on it (I ordered the chicken Honey Q sandwich). He and another employee were giggling back and forth while he was making the sandwich and with his gloves on, wiping the excess mayo on his shirt. He brought my order to the window and I asked him, "What does the Honey Q sandwich have in it?" At that moment he realized what he had done and said, Oh I'm so sorry ma'am!" I didn't even have to tell him what he'd done. He said "hold on, I'll make you another one." Yeah, so I can wait another 15 minutes?? I told him "No, just give me a refund, I don't have time to wait." I'm guessing he went for a manager to do the refund cz he brought back another person from the back. The guy didn't even ask "What's the matter? How can I help? What happened? Nothing! All he said was "Can I see your receipt?" I told him " I just threw it in my trash cz I didn't think I'd need it but I'm sure you can pull it out of your register " he turned back to the register and handed me my money without saying a word. Read moreI have been here many times and swore I would not come back but the chicken is good ! There is a blonde manager or supervisor that is extremely rude !! That's the reason I swore not to come back ...today (Thursday..May 8th 2025) after I get this order .. I WILL NOT be back !! A woman answered speaker asked me to wait (she said she was by herself) ..after waiting 15 min .. I said HELLO? She told me to pull up to window .. I did .. another car was pulled farther up so I got to window and was ignored (as she was busy) .. since i hadn't ordered or paid .. I would have driven off but the drive thru is up higher than the drive area I didn't want to mess up my car by driving off of it... when she finally came to take order .. I ordered and she threw head back and groaned in aggravation... said Ugh ! She returned my change and told me in a frustrated tone to go park at front and she would bring me the order .. another car was still in front of me and l wasn't going off the area I was at .. when the other car was served and moved .. I went to front ... another 20 min passed before I got my order .. she rudely apologized for time it took and walked away ... i have delt with her and her attitude when she had plenty of employees... she is naturally rude... if they cannot have enough employees to cover .. they shouldn't have opened until they did .. I should have reviewed this place more often only due to this manager .. good food / poor service...
