Went to pick up my carry out order from the new location on Southland last night and they informed me when I got there that their credit card machines were down and I could only pay with cash. My bill was $30. I had a $100 bill and 3 $5 bills with me and they told me their store policy was they couldn't take big bills. I stood there for several minutes trying to figure out a resolution so I could take my order but they wouldn't take my money. I told them if they were going to throw away the pizza that I ordered just to let me have it for the $15 I had or break their policy and take my $100, they said no. I left after a few minutes and called the mgr to maybe get some help and he just apologized several times about not being able to take the several types of payment I had available. They asked me to go down the street to break my $100 and come back. I drove home and around 30 minutes later got a call from the store mgr (Trey) and he informed me that he had talked to his General Mgr and I could come back and get the pizza for free. No thanks and I'll never order from this...

This review is no different. I ordered a cheese-less pizza, and the pizza I picked up had cheese. Tragically, I did not discover this until I had already returned to my hotel room; when I called the store to get the issue corrected, I was absolutely blown away by the response Kayla had to my issue. Not only did she immediately get on making a new pizza correctly, but she also arranged for the pizza to be delivered to me, at no cost. I've ordered many a cheese-less pizza from Domino's in the past, and unfortunately, some of them have had cheese; it has always been corrected, but never have I ever had a team member show such clear dedication to making it right for the customer. To say that I am impressed is an understatement, and I could not recommend them more because of it. 10/10, would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered 2 pizzas for home delivery. Was texted at 6:02pm that the driver had left the store. It is approximately 1.5 miles away. At 6:20, I texted back as to where the driver was. Again at 6:25 After 6:30 I called and was told he had left, and I stated 30 minutes ago. Driver arrives at 6:35, I am standing 10 feet from him and he goes on down the parking lot. He finally walks back to the apartment, no hot bag and crushed boxes. I paid $50+ for this meal plus a $7+ tip. The cheese was stuck to the top of the box. I called several times before anyone would pick up. Finally a very young voice answered, and I explained exactly what happened. Her response, well, he was busy and hung up. Seriously, what has happened to customer service?? $50+ for pathetic service and not even trying to correct...
