If I could give this place no stars I would. This place has awful service. I went to the drive thru to order two classic sundaes and the boy at the window did not have a very friendly customer service face he looked very upset. As I waiting for my order I noticed my receipt said snickerdoodle ice cream instead of snickers so I flagged him down 3 times and he looked at me and kept looking away. He finally came back by the window to put someone else's order in the cashier and he opened the window and I told him hey this says snickerdoodle and I wanted snickers and he said they don't have an option for snickers in the cashier only snickerdoodle I said ok. Well shortly after that he brought my order to the window and the bag felt extremely light for 2 sundaes so I pulled forward to check my order and both sundaes literally only had a little less than half of scoop of ice cream I could not believe it because we had been to this location before. I proceeded to drive around to go inside to talk to manager. I get inside and a young girl says can I help you ma'am and I took both sundaes out of the bag and I said do you see something wrong with these and she said yeah their melting. I said no that's not my concern my concern is there is barely any ice cream in these cups and she said well with the sundaes the scoops are smaller and I told her that is not true because my husband and I have been here before and that is not what the scoops look like. Needless to say she took it back and fixed it. My husband and I will never be going back to this location again. The poor customer service is not worth it. There are many other establishments that will appreciate...
Read moreThis is by far the worst experience I've had with this location. I am pretty much fed up with them and their level of service. This isn't the first time either, and I don't normally like to write reviews about bad experiences but they really do need to have better training. NOT JUST THE EMPLOYEES, EVEN THE MANAGER THERE.
First time, I ordered cake and ice cream there and repeated by yelling over the drive through like 4 5 times and they still gave me the wrong cake. So I thought maybe it was just that one off day.
Today I came back and ordered a CLASSIC SUNDAE with them, they gave me a KID'S SUNDAE, like literally not even close to 1 full scoop. When complained, they said they can't take it back and intended to charge me for another one when it was their mistake. I took off and be courteous to the line behind me, so I called the manager for an explanation about the Sundae because clearly what they gave me WASN"T a SUNDAE, secondly, the size was wrong, she did nothing about it. NOT EVEN A FRIGGIN APOLOGY, like really? I thought a large chain of ice cream like Baskin Robbin would do much better than that, but today's experience have just changed my mind and I am deeply disappointed about their...
Read moreSo I got dumped yesterday (yes during a world pandemic, like who does that?!) and I did what any normal person would do; decided to get chocolate wasted on some ice cream.
The line was pretty long because only the drive thru was open. When I made it to the speaker, I mentioned to the drive thru worker that I had been dumped earlier in the day and what he recommended I get to help. He sincerely apologized for my misfortune and and gave me a few recommendations. He maintained a sympathetic, yet cheery tone while I finished ordering. After ordering a warm brownie sundae with chocolate chip cookie dough, whip cream, peanuts and a cherry on top (hey don’t judge me. Break up calories don’t count especially in quarantine) I pulled up to the window. The young woman at the window was very sweet. She handed me my sundae and said she sincerely hopes I feel better.
I know none of this really matters to anyone else, but I had a VERY crummy day and lost all faith in humanity at this point. I never expected to have so much compassion and sympathy shown for my situation while simply ordering ice cream. It really is the little things that you don’t expect that matter most,...
