I come to this Starbucks very often and usually order a matcha with strawberry cream foam. I can always count on it being made perfectly here, unlike other Starbucks locations where it can be hit or miss. They definitely don’t half-ass when it comes to making drinks, and they always prepare them in a timely manner. At other locations, I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes for a matcha, but here it’s always quick and consistent. I also enjoy coming to this location to study because the environment is peaceful and welcoming. When I observe the employees, I can see that they genuinely enjoy their jobs, and they’re always quick to help. On Wednesday, 9/3, I witnessed an elderly couple come in, and a male employee with a bun immediately opened the door for them and helped them decide on what to order. The couple walked slowly, but he patiently guided them to their seat. That level of care was so refreshing to see. Another detail that stood out was how employees brought food orders directly to customers dining in, rather than just calling out names. While calling out names is not an issue, it showed that the staff here truly goes above and beyond for their customers. It’s rare these days to find a place where employees clearly enjoy what they do, and it makes the entire experience so much better. I really appreciate the hospitality at...
Read moreDidn’t write this review sooner because of the holidays but as a barista myself (3yrs) I’m baffled by the customer experience here. First time going for the year, this is why I stay going and working at Dutch bros (sadly they were closed Christmas Day). I ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino with a chocolate drizzle just on top. Come to find out who took my order accidentally pressed around the cup so when I’m picking up my order to leave I’m looking at my drink puzzled and I tell her I just wanted the drizzle on top. She says it says around the cup- so I say yeah but I ONLY asked for it on top that’s a mistake. She offers to remake it turns around rude as heck so I wait patiently. She hands my drink to me turns back immediately and I say thank you right away, stay there for a second ,and she just goes off the other way, all because of a remake. Not to mention as I’m walking out her male coworker just stares me down till I leave. Ma’am- if you can’t handle working the job just say so- atleast be professional enough to hold a smile till you close and THEN vent to your coworkers. How hard is that- but like I said I’m just a “clueless” barista with 3 years experience that “doesn’t” know how to order her drink and handle a better professional customer service than...
Read moreI drove up to the drive through at 650a and the menu sign was off it was black so I drove to the window. There was a car in front me. As soon as it drive off I went up to the window the girl was talking to another coworker. I waited a minute then tried waving her down then honked. I did that for a few minutes. Then I see her take an order and she comes to the window. I told about the blacked out menu wasn’t sure what was going on so I drove up. This girl told me well I have an order already so you have drive around and literally closed the window and walked away. I stayed there for about a minute she came back looked surprised I was still there. I told her I will not go all away around. I just want one coffee. Can I get that please. She told me I was holding up pursers that are in line. There was nobody behind me those few minutes I was trying to wave her down. Horrible staff. I’ve never been talked to like that it was unprofessional and rude. The girl straight up lied in front of me to the staff lead and said There was nobody there after that last order which was BS. I was there literally I was there after the car drove off. Get this I was told the sign has been like that for over a year and “everyone” knows to still order 😳. I said so I’m supposed to No...
