I ordered online for delivery and when the delivery driver came, he didn't give me my three drinks and one of the soups I ordered. I tried to go get the driver to ask him about the missing stuff, but he drove off before I could get to him. I called the restaurant and asked them about the missing stuff and they said when the driver came back they'd check the order and see what happened. And then said he'd give me free drinks next time I ordered from them. I asked him if he was going to send the driver back to drop off what they forgot since I paid for it or if they were going to reimburse me for it, and he said no none of that. I said it was ridiculous that he wasn't going to do anything for me tonight since I paid for things I didn't get, so he then said he'd send the driver back out when they got back. So I waited for him to call me back, which he never did so I called them back and asked if the driver had come back yet and he said yes and apologized for the missing stuff. I asked when the driver was going to come back to give me the stuff that I paid for, and he said they couldn't send the driver back because he was off work already and again told me to come in next time and they'd give me free drinks. I told him that was ridiculous because now they're just going to keep money that I paid for and didn't get what I paid for and that's not right. So he starts talking to one of the other employees while he's on the phone with me (doesn't say anything to me about how he's going to talk to one of the employees). Finally he got back to me and said there was nothing he could do since it's too far to send a driver out to drop off drinks and a soup, and I said it was absurd because he wants me to go spend more money at his restaurant to get the drinks that I already paid for, and he said yes that's how it works (uh no, it's not). Finally he says he will call me back because he has to go talk to his manager. I asked if he was actually going to call me back this time since he didn't call me back last time. He said the driver had just walked in when I called. I called him out on that one since he had already said the driver was already off work and the guy didn't say anything to me. So finally he says he will call me back and I told him no don't even worry about it because he has been completely rude to me this entire time even though it was his employee was the one who messed up anyway and I just wanted what I paid for. He doesn't say anything else after that I just hung up because he was being extremely rude for no reason. Anyway, this place sucks and have no idea how to run a business.

Read moreSo far the food and drinks I have had from here have been really good. At times this spot can get very busy and with a small lot it gets cramped fast even in the drive thru. Their variety of donuts seem super limited. A few times I looked up donuts on their online site before going and most I wanted were never available (as in they dont carry/make them) when I tried to order them through the drive-thru. They have a visual of about 10 on an image and it seems like those are the only ones.
I would prefer to give them 4 1/2 stars. The last time I went they didn't have the seasonal flavor which was advertised. The guy at the window said they had none of the seasonal flavors in yet which I know wasn't true because I had ordered a different seasonal flavor one the month prior and got it. But i didnt fuss and just told him caramel flavor instead. The main issue with my last visit was I put my order in through the app. You expect if you put it in ahead, then what you are buying would be set aside. I had paid for 4 muffins, 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Sadly when I pulled up I was informed they didn't have all 4 of the same flavor muffins I requested. Only three, so I requested the last one be something else. When I got home there were 2 of the same flavor, the one I change and a mystery muffin. The two that were the same were a bit hard unlike the ones I have bought from here before. Not sure if they were from the night shift but they were a bit harder than usual. Not a fan of the app but this location is decent and the lot always looks clean. I have not been inside but from what I see from the drive thru they keep everything looking...
Read moreI never write any review but this time I have to do it. 01/30/18 Well I ordered a Teriyaki chicken to go,first they wanted to charge me for extra sauce on the side, but I was like ok that's fine. But my experience was horrible, I got home and the order was completely wrong, so I called them back and I explained to the girl on the counter, I told her that whatever was they gave me it was wrong, that I ask for teriyaki chicken not some chicken with pineapple, (PINEAPPLE) and onions and green bell peppers, the sauce of course wasn't teriyaki, I know Asian food and definitely that wasn't what I ordered. What a disappointment that the girl talked with the cook and she told me, "that's the way we make the Teriyaki chicken".That was and will be my last time that I go to this place and for sure I will tell my friends to never go there.
