Beyond Flavor -Food Truck — Restaurant in San Antonio

I finally pulled up to this food truck after seeing them all over TikTok, and yeah... they weren't lying.

The food truck park is cute...picnic tables, a playground for the kids, and a BYOB indoor area if you're trying to chill for a bit.

Ordering was simple: I walked up, placed my order, and waited for my number. There were maybe 3 people ahead of me, but the food came out fresh, hot, and fast.

I ordered off the Main Flavors menu because I was sharing with a friend and the portion was definitely enough for 2 people to share. We chose the Voodoo Mac & cheese for our side and it also came with 6 fried shrimp coated in tasty sweet Henny sauce that is so unique to this food truck! My big back couldn't resist the urge to order the seafood dirty rice, so I did and I regret nothing. Everything is seasoned so well, the fish was nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the quality of the seafood they are cooking up is perfection! Whoever their supplier is, they should keep them around for sure.

Also, Black owned and operated. Love to see it.

Wow, where do I even begin with Beyond Flavor - Food Truck? After seeing all the rave reviews on social media, I just had to check it out, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! We ordered the "69" plate, and it was an absolute feast—a true culinary delight!

Picture this: two generous portions of catfish, perfectly fried to golden-brown perfection with mac-n-cheese in the middle, and six large 🍤 bursting with flavor that danced on my taste buds🤤🤤. Every bite was a celebration! For just $35.00, this plate was a steal considering the sheer abundance and quality of the food.

Now, I'll be honest—the wait time was about 45 minutes, but trust me, it was worth every second. The food truck was buzzing with activity, and it was clear that everyone was there for a reason: the incredible food!

I left beyond satisfied and already planning my next visit. It was so much food that I could not eat it all. If you haven't tried Beyond Flavor yet, you're seriously missing out! I'll definitely be back for more of that delicious goodness! 🌟🍽️ Wishing much success...

Making food without flavor is a sin and I promise you that you will not find food without seasoning at this food truck. I saw it on TikTok so I went looking and what I found was flavor like no other I had ever experienced. Now granted they had run out of what I came for but like I said my alternative had flavor too and that spoke to me on another level and you can be sure that I’ll be returning to try what I went for originally. Staff super nice, be prepared to wait for the food but when it comes you’ll taste the reason why you waited. Parking can be a bit crazy but find a spot and enjoy tasting the passion in the dishes prepared here. Don’t forget they have desserts too, I’m told their banana pudding go hard but we barely missed that too and the person in front of us bought the last one.
