I ordered my food and paid cash , and the black girl puts my change on the counter instead of putting it in my hand. That's just rude and no manners. After I had to pick up my change ,I looked for a table to eat on , the tables were all dirty . Does anyone clean here? My wife tried cleaning off the table since there were no clean tables and no customers other than one other couple at the time. The black girl ,I think her name is Tracy .G , for that's the name on the receipt. She didn't respond when my wife told her thank you when giving our food, she just walked off. Lousy service and dirty restaurant I tried the restaurant again , and encountered a black woman at register who was not friendly. They need to hire a cheerful person to cash out people. And i noticed a certain colored woman that's an employee bringing their little boy to the store so they can go ramage and do what they want , this little boy around 3 is ramming the stroller into my seating area where im trying to eat , and a few employees just chatting and the mother let's him , the older colored woman that works register , I think that's her daughter with her child because she seems to be happy about them being there , I believe I've seen that mother with child there before , and I don't go every week , so what are the chances I will catch them again and again. I'm already starting to feel this store is ghetto and acts like a daycare, I don't want to return anymore after giving it another chance. Read moreExperience not so great. I ordered through the DQ app. Do not recommend at all. Email and text stated order would be ready by 7:23. I got there about 7:20 sending a message stating what I was driving and the number of my curbside pick up. I saw they were busy so I waited a bit longer. Sent another message 15 minutes later stating I was waiting. Still nothing. So I got down. I could see Ms. Melissa busy trying to help everyone both customers and employees. I waited for her to finish with the customers in front of me. I then showed her my email with my order and she stated she didn't have it. She messed with her tablet and nothing popped up. So I asked for a refund since I had already been waiting over 30 minutes. My kids were in the car. My card had already been charged. I had a burger for my husband in the car that I had picked up from another DQ, but they didn't have the chicken tenders which is why I came to this location. I get told they can't do a refund. So I am trying to see how and where I do this refund request. She calls her manager on the phone who is no help to her when he tells her the online ordering has been down. Employees weren't aware and no notice to us customers either. Really just frustrated by this point. Finally tablet pops up my order. I had no choice but to just let them make my order. So I told her I would come back. My husband's food was getting cold. I drove home dropped off the kids and my husband's burger and drove all the way back to pick up my order I placed an hour ago. Read moreI went on Veterans Day and got told that I can’t get the free blizzard for veterans because I am active duty and not retired.The manager(I REPEAT:THE MANAGER) looked at my Military id(CAC) for a whole minute acting like it was fake, before telling me that it’s only a promotion for retired military members.I showed her where it said active and Air Force on the CAC before she explained that she’s not allowed to give me and the 2 other ACTIVE military guys I was with, the Veterans Day promotion.She had a big attitude the whole time.I have never ever see a manager with the attitude she had and I have worked at 3 different restaurants (including Dairy Queen).So we left, called customer service who said they are getting in touch with her corporate manager, or district, whoever they said.The customer service lady was extremely nice and checked on the location we were at.The location states “free medium blizzard to all current and former military.”She said she will be getting in touch with the people in charge of that Dairy Queen.I and the people I was with, walked inside and told her that the customer service we called said they were going to talk to her boss and that they confirmed with us that it is for current military including retired.The manger was ticked and said “ok that’s fine that you called.” In an extremely rude way with very bad body language.Then as I ,and the people I was with were walking out, she said “who did you all call?”.And the amazing workers behind her said “thank you all for your service” in a very nice way.The workers deserve a raise and the manager doesn’t deserve any credit for anything good that comes out of...
