The food and drink are absolutely delicious. Waitresses have smiles and ate friendly, and can't forget karaoke nights.

Ok! This was my review accordingly to previous months. Recently we've had many complaints. This was my fave restaurant due to I was new in the area, and now customer service has gone down and the taste of food. I go in for the drinks from the bar while we have dinner. Last night was the 3rd time that the rice is hard/stale. The waitress (a platinum blonde, Destiny) only went to the table to get our order and take the plates. My husband asked for charro beans instead of refried, she didn't note it down & our plate came incorrect. I also specifically asked for corn Tortillas, she gave us flour. She never returned, nor asked if we needed something else when she left our food. I had to ask my husband in front of her if he wanted another beer, he asked for another drink due to his was empty prior to her leaving out food. We wanted dessert, and I had to get up to get a cake frm the fridge ,and went to the register to ask for a spoon. While waiting for a spoon, she was chit-chatting with another waitress. As we were finishing the cake, another waitress came and asked if she can take our plates and asked if everything was OK or if we needed anything, NOW THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had such a horrible experience here. To begin with we didn’t get our drinks until 15 minutes AFTER we were seated. There were only 5 tables and 3 waitresses yet our waitress took her sweet time attending to us. we kept having to go up to the counter to ask for things because our waitress was more concerned about texting on her phone than taking care of her tables. Atmosphere was super loud because they had really loud music. We could barely talk amongst eachother. Not only that but we were each charged a high gratuity just because we were a table of 6. what was supposed to be a 50$ meal turned into 70$. They didn’t tell us that gratuity would be added on so we ended up tipping the waitress 25$ and only noticed the gratuity when we were about the pay. we told the cashier i would only be paying for 4 plates and asked why gratuity would be added on if it wasn’t more than 6 on one bill. she said it still had to be added on just because out table was 6 people even tho we were all paying seperate and had already tipped her. everyone at my table was charged for gratuity on their bill. On a 20$ bill they added 6$ of gratuity. Waitress never told us and ended up making a good 70$ in tips. food was okay but definitely not worth coming back here ever again to deal with...

If you use the drive thru, GO HERE ON A TUESDAY NIGHT!!! My boyfriend and me had gone in to celebrate me winning a beauty pageant back in march and had a terrible experience but one of the girls came over and helped us out without even being our Sever. We literally never saw her again until Tuesday in the drive thru, the line was long and taking forever and as the line went through we noticed they kept opening the window but she was actually letting the clients know as they came to the window what was going on ( letting us know it was busy inside, that it was almost out, if we were okay, etc) COMMUNICATION!!! It made us and I’m sure the others in line feel special. Now since I know the manager might read these We couldn’t pronounce her name but she’s the long hair blonde in the drive thru that only works Tuesdays !!! Please give this girl a raise or appreciation! She’s so nice and friendly ! Most of the girls who work the drive thru are only polite because they have to but the blonde girl gives out smiles and kindness ! Thank you for hiring people like her 💗 also the tortilla soup...
