I gave this establishment another try after about a year of being open. I came in at 9:21 PM craving a whopper. And was immediately greeted by staff members holding the door shut, Nina and Colin. The only reason I found out their names was I came to take pictures of the hours of operation which I will post in this review. Only to be greeted by Colin stating that the dining room closes at 9 PM. I asked some follow-up questions asking about the hours of operation posted on the window and he immediately called his district manager on speakerphone the district manager informed him that they did not close the dining room until 11 PM. Calling then informed me that he only been there for three weeks and he was always told the dining room closed at 9 PM. Another follow-up question is if that’s the case and that’s what you were told then why do the hours of operation state completely different hours? After about five minutes of letting other people in the parking lot know that the dining room actually was open and people starting to come in because they wanted to enjoy the same experience I did which was to sit down and enjoy their food. I decided to leave I did not like the level of service that anyone expects from what Burger King used to be. Truly truly sad how far we have fallen to the point where we cannot train people or post proper hours/trainees of the appropriate hours of the...
Read moreSometimes I ask myself when I’m sitting in line at the drive thru why I even come here. I always think it’s going to be fast since I live close by but if you’ve worked fast food in Hs you can pick out what’s wrong. I’m not usually one to nitpick like this but a few days ago I ordered a Burger King jalapeño whopper melt. I got to the second window and they forgot my order.. great. I just say whopper thinking they prolly mixed my order up. Nope. They gave some generic sad whopper (see pic)
now fast forward to now 6:45 pm I’m ordering a small Fry and 8pc nuggets. As I’m sitting here in the drive thru I notice how long it’s taking. I’m thinking that’s okay cause Usually when there’s a wait they’re cooking fries fresh or someone’s order is needing to be made. Cool. Once I finally get to the window I noticed about 4 people at the front twiddling their thumbs talking while I see my order sitting there. I’m thinking okay maybe they have the nuggets in the fryer or we’re waiting on fries. Nah turns out it’s been sitting there getting cold and someone finally notices and hands my my order. Mind you I had to ask for ranch even though they asked me initially what sauce I wanted… so of course they couldn’t even remember to put that in my order. C’mon guys it’s not that...
Read moreI recently visited Burger King and left thoroughly disappointed with their slow service and unnecessary sauce charges. The wait time for my order was incredibly long, despite the restaurant not being busy. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked a sense of urgency. For a fast-food joint, this level of slowness is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, Burger King charges for sauce, which feels like a cheap money-grabbing tactic. I find it hard to believe that a basic condiment should come at an additional cost. It's a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a poor business practice.
While Burger King's burgers may have a decent taste, the frustration caused by their slow service and sauce charges overshadow any positive aspect. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a fast and hassle-free dining experience.
In summary, Burger King's slow service and sauce charges left a sour taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quick and efficient...
