My mother and I went thru the drive thru Friday 10/16/20 around 6pm on our way out of town. After receiving our order my mother didn’t receive the card back. We didn’t notice until we were already 4 hours away. I called the store and spoke to a male and told him to please cut the card as we were going to cancel it, he said sure I’ll do that. Fast forward to Monday and Tuesday 10/19, 10/20 she noticed 2 attempted charges for $60 and another $120. Of course since we canceled it didn’t get charged but she was still getting alerts. Obviously an employee was attempting to make charges to the card. I decided to call the store to speak to the manager on duty and let her know what was happening that maybe she could speak to the employees that were on shift and let them know that situations like this shouldn’t happen. She basically said “what do you want me to do, I don’t know who did it so I’m not going to speak to anyone” not even an apology either for an employee trying to charge a customers card. My motive was not trying to get someone fired, but to have a meeting with all employees reminding them rules especially when it comes to stealing customers money. There should be cameras to do an investigation also. I’m a manager myself and I would never let something like that be okay nor tell my customer that I’m not going to do...
Read moreWe really enjoy the flavors, ambience and experience. However, today the management was a direct reflection of poor customer service. We were so excited to walk into the store to show off the experience to another couple and before we could walk in the management yelled ONLY 7 PEOPLE AT A TIME! We walked back out and waited until the two other people before us were through. I could not see any signage stating the minimum # of people allowed only usual mask signage requirements. An employee waked out and said, “can you back up because your too close and keep opening the automatic door”. At that point the family was disappointed and walked back to the cars. The two dads braved the store to only purchase what we wanted. When addressing the manager at the register she kindly apologized but pointed the finger rather than except the problem was her. As a Foodservice consultant I’m well aware that poor customer service is a direct reflection of poor management. Hey we all have bad days simply own up to it, say your sorry for your actions and move on towards a brighter day. We will return because product is great but please ask to kindly treat your employees with respect, lead by example and focus on providing the best customer service...
Read moreIf you haven't already checked this place out, I highly recommend making a trip asap! I went by today and decided to go inside after reading about all of their amazing samples and all I can say is WOW! They have so many flavors & I seriously appreciate everything having an unsweetened option as well. I sampled just about everything - georgia peach, blueberry, watermelon, coconut, raspberry, etc. Settled on a delicious combination of unsweetened coconut with a splash of pink lemonade and it was DELICIOUS. Already planning on returning tomorrow during happy hour which is 2-4pm everyday. They have complimentary lemons, limes & oranges as well as other fruit options (with an upcharge). They also have a variety of snack options & Yeti merchandise. You can grab a cup or buy by the gallon; go inside or swing by the drive-thru. Super friendly staff, clean location, and yummy tea! I will definitely be a...
