I would have given this place 5 stars until today. My SO and I go every Sunday for the Prime Rib special. Mark is usually bartending when we get there. The food and service was always spot on. We drive 60 miles round trip to have the Prime Rib if that tells you anything. After today, WE WILL NOT RETURN! Mark is on vacation, and Stacey filled in for him. The service was slow and we were treated as if she couldn’t care less if we were there or not. Our food was changed from a 14oz to 10oz without anyone informing us. Our rare and medium rare orders were served as medium and well done. They were horrible. When I shared our experience with Stacey, she was almost spiteful in her handling of the situation. When I say handling, I mean she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, including apologize. Neither one of us finished even half of our dinners, and we both usually eat ALL of the 14oz dinner. We ended up taking the rest to the dog, it wasn’t worth reheating. The gentleman sitting next to us sent the lions share of his prime rib with us as well, he had the same experience we did both in the quality of the meal, and the total lack of service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place while Stacey is working.

7/28/2019- UPDATE- I received a phone call today from Stacey inquiring why I put the things I did about her on Google reviews. I explained to her my reasons behind the review, and was given a litany of excuses. From her medications affecting her hormones, bone spurs and lack of bathroom breaks all being possible excuses as to her service during our last visit. When I refused to agree with her reasoning, and take down my bad review, she ended our conversation with “I’m not going anywhere, and if you ever want to come in here again, you need to take down that review.” Needless to say, I won’t visit again, and I will share my experience with anyone who asks. A happy customer will tell 3-5 people and an unhappy one will tell...

I went for the wings and I was severely disappointed. They were about the most expensive wings I have bought in some time (price of wings had just plummeted the week or two before) and comparables for the day at several different restaurants showed that this place was overpriced still. Anyway, I figured that if they were charging that much for the wings then they must be great and I prepped myself for joy that would soon flaps its way into my stomach. Well, when the wings got to the table I had a very hard time telling which flavor was which because, and I am not overindulging with the truth here, many of the wings didn't have any rub on them at all, or at least none that I could see in the slightly dim lighting. I picked up several pieces and inspected more closely and the flavoring was sparse to say the least. I had ordered enough wings to get 4 flavors and I would say 3 of the 4 spice levels was unacceptable with the 4 being barely acceptable. I asked for some more on the side and the flavors were great and the service absolutely wonderful. Someone even came out close to the end of our meal to say they would cook them again since they didn't have enough seasoning. But by that time we were almost done and it didn't seem worth it. Anyway, I may be being a bit critical here but for the price of those wings they should have been beyond reproach, heck if I am being honest, I would expect that if I had paid half the price. It reminded me of another wings spot in our area that I constantly had to keep asking them to add seasoning (they had a flavor I really like so we went a few time) but after a year or so they never learned to season their wings right and they eventually went out of business. I can't say for certain why but I suspect a lot of people want to taste the flavor they ordered, if not, there are fried chicken spots that we can go to if we just want that fried...

So. we went there last night friday night the 24th of aug for karaoke with my wife our son and his friend. karaoke was fun. service was ok seeing as how they were busy. my son had an issue trying to close his tab as the bartenders were just walking sround behind the bar ignoring him. i personnally had no issues. i met the chef who was pretty cool. he said we should come back and eat. so the next day saturday me my wife and daughter came to eat around 530. we sat at a booth. another couple came in about a minute after us and sat at a booth. there were about 8 people at the bar and just the bartender. we sat for a minute and i figured she is busy so i went to the bar to place drink and app order. she did say she was by herself i said thats fine i can come to you. so i got our drinks and took them back to the table. i got my order and my wife and daughters orders and went back to the bar to place them. i stood there for about 5 mins. the couple who had come in after us just left. another lady came in that works there clocked in and started talking to the bartender. i took a seat and waited. they taljed and walked around and helped a coupke of people sitting a tthe bar. the new lady finally came over and asjed what i needed i daid im just trying to order. she got a look on her face and said well i just got here. i was very upset but i just stood up said never mind...
