Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in San Antonio

Ordered online at 8:30pm. Baked half chicken, lemonade, okra and mac&cheese. Got there at 8:50 (that's when it said it would be ready) and sat in the drive through till 9:00. Asked an employee who came out to smoke if the lobby was open, he said no. But he did ask my name after I told I prepaid. Comes back out and asks me to pull to the front of the store. I had to jump the curb because no one wanted to back up to let me out of the drive through. Heard a hard scrape, even though I was in a large SUV. Get to the front and wait another 10 min. Come to find out, management was having a corporate inspection tomorrow and made the very few employees they had prioritize cleaning over customer service. I just want to give a shout out to rose who is a assistant manager and margret who is store maneger they both are great I absolutely loved the service they gave me .....nite crew made a mistake on my order so I came and with no hesitation the staff replaced my order ...this restaurant is always very well keept up with the employees deserve way more for there work and iam verey pleased with my experience there I definitely recommend this location nice staff friendly. Food is great from here the only problem I have is they never got nothing after a certain time they close the lobby early like at 8:40 even tho dine in hours are till 9pm and today they told me they only got legs and thighs I don’t know who does the truck order but would appreciate if they did a better job also manager stated that they only had 2 people but I clearly saw 4 people I’m a general manager myself and work in the food industry and I usually get great service from this place but casy or Cathy the manager seems to allow poor behaviors to build up hoping to get in to contact with the GM or supervisor and hoping they don’t get defensive but more fix this...
