We went to this churches to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a $5 fiesta Box and received everything wrong. Literally everything wrong; and then was accused immediately in the drive though of lying. Fiesta Box is supposed to come with a jalapeno and it had no jalapeno. I ordered a side of okra with my spicy chicken sandwich combo and there was no okra. CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS REGULAR NOT SPICY. I requested these 2 items to be given to me, once I noticed as I checked my order in the drive thru. I said with manners using please and thank you asking for thr 2 items missing not even realizing yet at this point that the sandwich was also wrong, missing pickles, and was not spicy but in face regular. Instead of giving me the medium okra I paid for she gave me a small and then told me that I was lying about not having the jalapeno so I had to triple check my bag in front of her just to appease her. Was almost given 2 chicken sandwich meals instead of my $5 fiesta Box and a chicken sandwich meal because of their incompetence. I had literally just finished a 13 hour stay in the hospital (still have the band on my wrist) after not being able to eat for 24 hours due to my throat almost closing and all I wanted was some churches chicken and I was really disappointed to find out that all I got was accusations and incompetence. Make sure to check your meal before you leave the drive through here or better yet don't waste your time here at all because that's all you're gonna get is a waste of time and a meal that's way too small due to negligence. At least the chicken was hot and juicy. The biscuit was a brick hard enough to break a tooth, literally inedible like overcooked beef or a tortilla that sat in the sun all day. I'd avoid this location If you can. I don't know what they have against their job but its ridiculous the amout of mistakes and then intentionally covering it up by refusing a receipt. Shame that this is what we are offering our medical care providers and medical professionals for a lunch when they have very little time to use for themselves. I'd be ashamed to work here with that kind of quality control and lack of accountability. Noone was accused of wrong doing or anything of the sort. Just asked for what I paid for with a please and thank you after. Was also not given a receipt, even when I mentioned wanting one, making it very difficult to complain. Imagine, caring that much over your mistakes then blaming it on the innocent customers who are being patient and kind with all the manners in the world. Dang shame that the biscuit went to waste. Tragic death of a beautiful meal, by the hand of the callus and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWasn't going to complain, but my girlfriend just got out of the hospital and had not been capable of eating for almost 24 hours straight. She and I were very hungry. We got the Fiesta box and a spicy chicken sandwich combo, with a side of okra.
At the window we were given one breaded chicken breast, a medium sweet tea, a biscuit, jalapeno poppers, and one sandwich.
Had to ask for our side of jalapeno AND for our okra, the woman at the drive thru was insistent that "everything is there" and quite rude about it.
We had to dig through the food just to appease her, until finally we were given a small (ordered medium) bag with the okra and one single jalapeno.
To top it all off, we never got our receipt because once the lady realized she was wrong she promptly and sarcastically told us to "have a nice day" and shut the window.
We pulled over to eat at a park to avoid wasting gas, and discovered that the SPICY chicken sandwich was plain with no sauce and no pickles, the biscuit had the texture of a styrofoam brick, there were only 3 jalapeno poppers, and we got no fries.
The chicken was good, and juicy but everything else was just terrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI do not wish to slam anyone publicly so I will be as nice as possible. I am not a fan of Church's Chicken, I prefer Bush's. I am aware of the fact that my preference is much more costly than that of my wife's which is Church's but I'm convinced that you get what you pay for. In this case horrible food and chicken suffering from malnutrition before it was slaughtered. I mean this chicken is such small pieces I showed a drumstick to my 13 year old daughter and she said it was a wing drummet and would not believe otherwise. Anyway I bought a meal deal consisting of 12piece dark and 2large sides for $15.00..... Ok not a bad deal until you get home and open the box and you see those poor pathetic little pieces of chicken. The service was nice and in all the food did not taste bad , it just wasn't good. You know? Like I said I have never been a fan and I will not begin to be one now. The place that I prefer is much more costly but I'm convinced that the quality and size of the chicken is much better than that of Church's. Thank you ladies and gentlemen and whichever you prefer I hope that you enjoy...
