😡 I'm a very understanding person but immaturity is one thing I can't stand. Me and a handful of friends have been going to this coffee shop on Saturday or Sunday for the past year because we love the coffee and the customer service. Within the past 2 months we have gone to grab our morning coffee at 9:00 a.m. just like clockwork and a handful of times they were not open. The business hours start at 8:30am. We would sit in the parking lot for at least 15 minutes just in case someone was running late but every single time no one showed up. So since I only found them on instagram, I posted a couple of stories tagging them saying how disappointed we were because we enjoyed going there on the weekends. Well this past Sunday they were closed without any prior notice on social media about a schedule change or being closed for any reason. The lack of communication is very upsetting especially when you can use social media to reach out to your followers. Just the way you reach out on social media about special events or just trying to attract customers, social media can be used to inform your followers about a schedule change or being closed for unforeseen circumstances. But after my last story on Instagram that I tagged this shop in, instead of being reached out to and explain the situation, I was blocked. At first I thought maybe they deleted their account but my other group of friends can still access their IG page. As a customer to find out that I was blocked just because I shared the story expressing my disappointment because your shop wasn't open on time is the epitome of immaturity. Now I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt if the owner of the shop isn't aware of whoever is running his social media, on how they are treating followers online. I hope the owner gets to see this and makes proper changes so you don't lose anymore customers. I really want this to be our weekend spot but I have no problem finding another coffee...
Read moreArriving I got out my vehicle and went to their "order here" window on the side where there was a woman in front of me waiting to order. I patiently waited as well after a good nearly 10 minutes she goes inside because we've had no help so I proceed to go inside of hopes being able to order coffee. Walking in the place is pretty cool looking but you kind of just feel the vibe is off. Super quiet, one worker... looks like she hated her job. Not sure if I just maybe caught them on a bad day. I also was over charged about $4 because she charged me for the wrong type of tacos which were delicious by the way I'll give that. We got two coffees their signature one is delicious however the menu special for this month was not it. This is just my experience. It's one thing to have a bad drink that could always be remade but the service was just a no go for me. I usually walk away if I feel like I'm not being helped. From the beginning she could've told me and the lady outside we could go inside instead of waiting in the sun to be approached. There was only one gentleman inside. The whole time their took a good 30 minutes. However I wanted to give a chance cause I understand we always don't have our best day. Next time I will be...
Read moreWORST COFFEE SHOP IN TEXAS. Literally. I asked for a cappuccino, the "barista" said thier cappuccinos were instant, from a machine, like they have at gas stations. I asked her why can't she make a cappuccino on that machine right there, and she said she only knows how to make lattes. I settled for a latte, which she attempted to make, and she over-steamed the milk so there was Zero bubbles or foam and the latte tasted more like a glass of hot milk with a tiny bit of drip coffee in it. It was so weak and watery it was gross, I just dumped it out after 2 sips. Don't waste your time or your money here. It's not a real...
