If I could give a negative grade I would!! In my honest opinion I feel that the owner behaves as a thief.The owner of this location stated to me that she also owned the other locations in town which is untrue. I called the others to see if her claim is legitimate. I intend to file with better business bureau. We had to make three separate trips to pick up our mattress. The third time we were provided a mattress of lesser value. We had to return the mattress to the store at our expense.We were mistreated by owner after we were promised a free upgrade by our sales person for the inconvenience . Not only did she speak over him as he tried to explain that he did in fact offer a different mattress of a Slightly better quality. The owner speaking over the sales person insisted that he didn't offer it to us despite his willingness to admit that he in fact did. Regardless of his admission, we were told by the owner that she "didn't have time for us" after we asked for a refund. She refused and said that she was calling the police bc we were causing a disturbance. I can assure you I can articulate my plight without needing to raise my voice. Sadly despite my calm and composed demeanor the owner felt it necessary to call the police and make a false accusation to try to sweep the problem out the door before other customers were made aware of her unethical and dishonest practices. I intend to file in small claims court. I hope that some will take my advice and...

purchased a living room set that was supposedly made out of real wood, sellers main point for us getting the living room set and if anything happend to the set it would get replaced. not even 4 weeks in my wife and i sat down to watch a movie and the sofa broke(thinking you know it has the warrenty). so we take it in the guy kindly said yea bring it in. so they keep the sofa for 2 weeks and we get a ca saying to pick up the item. guess what happend the sofa was in worst condition than we took it in. the sofa had two huge scrapes on the back of the sofa and from where it broke u can tell they used a pair of pliers to hold down the two pieces of conglomerate wood not even real wood it was conglomerate wood and added glue to it. since they used pliers to hold it down the wood, the out side cover of where the pliers where set scraped the out side of the sofa and also the whole sofa was dirty along with the pillows( the pillows where inside of bags to avoid them getting dirty and even the bags where torn and dirty along with the pillows). so dont buy any living room sets...

He asked me what I was looking for soon after I entered the store and showed me many options without pressuring a purchase. Mr. Lopez allowed me to roam his store and checked on me periodically to see if I had any concerns. I went to this warehouse for a a decent queen mattress and got exactly that, if not better! I left with a nice mattress platform, a beautiful wooden TV table and a sofa set all for my new place to go with my new bed. I saw I had all the best deals in front of me and wasn’t worth checking another place for other items I needed. So I got them all here!
